I would like to install an entrance into the basement of a home we are considering purchasing in order to create a basement apartment for our in-laws to live in. We require a door to be installed, 4 to 5 concrete steps leading into basement, a concrete retaining wall on one side of the steps (the other side is againist the brick garage) as well as a concrete path approximately 20 feet long by 30 inches wide. Could you please let me know approximately how much this would cost and approximately how long this would take to complete?
Could please provide me with an approximate quote or if you could let me know if your company could repair an outside wall entering a basement entrance. The outside wall was built from hollow cement blocks and with rain/snow, has been slowly protruding outwards. Could you please send me some info ASAP.
Many thanks.
I require the concrete to be fixed on the stonework leading to my front door. The steps and driveway are interlock and the contractor at the time (about 18 years ago) used stone to create a side wall at my garage which abutts the steps leading to my front door. The wall as stated requires cement to be repaired. He also created a front bed using the same stone and one side of the bed is sinking. This bed requires levelling and I know that certain foundation plantings and soil will need to be removed.
I will be selling my house in late May and require a wonderful "handycanadian" to perhaps resurface/patch with cement? my front walkway area and a few other places in the backyard. And around two fence posts in the driveway, there needs some patchwork done with asphalt? I am not sure of the correct terms to use here - sorry! It is a "small" job but it nevertheless needs to be done for "curb appeal" etc... If there is a trusted, craftsman or woman out there that can help, please let me know. I'd like the work to be completed (I think it would take no more than 1 day) during the week of May 16 pending on the weather. Thank you!
I have approx. 17 tiles that need to be replaced due to cracks in them. They form a trail across my living and kitchen area. I live in a condo and have ceramic tiles throughout. I have approx. 40 tiles as spare.
Please inform me if this job could be done, safely without damaging other tiles beside the cracked ones. I need this project done asap as lam coordinating other projects to be done with other workers.

Need concrete poured for a front porch/veranda + stairs.
Currently there is a wooden deck built on top of the foundation. This will be ripped out by owner.
Area of porch is 7x20 ft and stairs 6 ft wide, 5 stairs.
Currently the base and footings are all in place for patio, filled with aggregate. Would need forms + rebar + concrete.
Stairs would need to be dug + forms + rebar + concrete.
Looking to have this done this year.
Looking for a quote to have our front porch replaced or restored with concrete (we will demolish the existing wood ourselves). The old concrete still exists under the wood, and is in good shape. Ideally we would like a contractor who can also repair or replace the aluminum over hang, above the porch.
We would also like to have the walkway quoted replaced with stamped concrete, and the driveway in asphalt.
If you also do windows, we would like a quote to have the 3 main floor windows (front, back, side) and the 4 top floor windows (3 bedrooms and landing) replaced as well. Thanks
Please and thanks.
Awaiting your reply,

Looking for a skilled contractor to supply and install concrete for a walkway and patio at our house. Not looking for anything fancy, just need plain concrete to be professionally installed and looking for a nice clean job to be done.
Please reach out if you are interested and I can share any further details.
Looking for an estimate. Thanks.
Looking to get estimate for both interloc as well as the concrete work for the front pathway. I am still undecided which option to pick or is less expensive. The area is approx. it is 160 to 190 sq. ft and a step will also be required in front of the main entrance.
Please provide an estimate, special deals, timelines and warranty details. The house is located in Mississauga near Winston Churchill and Britannia Rd.
Thanks,
I'm looking to lay down concrete for my patio. Its roughly, 14 feet x 22 feet. It would be grey concrete, not stamped or coloured. I'm looking for completion in Fall or early spring. Please submit a quote. Area is already leveled and will require two steps from my patio slider onto the concrete patio.
Looking for a reliable and experienced team to start building a concrete patio by mid next week. Must be installed with great care, finished properly, and cured carefully. Please reply only if you are available to complete this project no later then Friday September 9th.
The concrete will be plain and simple, no tint and not stamped. Must have a minimum of a 4 inch thickness which is pretty standard. I would also like concrete steps to be built. I beleive only 2 would be needed (design shown in the diagram)
I will be looking for a complete portfolio at the time of the estimate.
I have attached a diagram with a quick drawing and measurments. Please dont mind the sloppy drawing as I did this only to give you an idea of the project
I have an existing concrete patio that I would like to extend. It is stamped concrete, but I would consider the extension being colored instead, depending if I can match the colors. Total extension square footage is about 150 sq. ft. I also need to have a plain regular concrete pad installed (about 70 sq. ft.) for a garden shed.
We are general contractors with lots of work aligned!
For now we are seeking a good price per sq. ft. for a residential side walks on one side of a building. Area is 500 sq.ft. This subcontractor is responsible to remove any grass, paving slabs and a small existing piece of concrete side walk to install a new concrete side walk along the side of a semi-detached home. We need a second price for a weeping tile between the side walk and fence of neighboring home. The length is 80ft for the weeping tile. This price is to include weeping tile, clear stone (4" under, 4" above the weeping tile) and filter cloth. The trench would be 12" wide x 18" deep. The trench is then to be covered with grass.
There is 24' long retaining wall work as well (3' high with decreasing height sloped). The subcontractor is required to remove the existing retaining wall and install a new retaining wall. See pictures for the expected outcome.
