I have an existing concrete patio that I would like to extend. It is stamped concrete, but I would consider the extension being colored instead, depending if I can match the colors. Total extension square footage is about 150 sq. ft. I also need to have a plain regular concrete pad installed (about 70 sq. ft.) for a garden shed.
We are general contractors with lots of work aligned!
For now we are seeking a good price per sq. ft. for a residential side walks on one side of a building. Area is 500 sq.ft. This subcontractor is responsible to remove any grass, paving slabs and a small existing piece of concrete side walk to install a new concrete side walk along the side of a semi-detached home. See pictures.
We need a second price for a weeping tile between the side walk and fence of neighboring home. The length is 80ft for the weeping tile. This price is to include weeping tile, clear stone (4" under, 4" above the weeping tile) and filter cloth. The trench would be 12" wide x 18" deep. The trench is then to be covered with grass.
There is 24' long retaining wall work as well (3' high with decreasing height sloped). The subcontractor is required to remove the existing retaining wall and install a new retaining wall. See pictures for the expected outcome.
NOTES:
(a) This subcontractor shall provide a competent foreman on site to supervise own work and to coordinate own work with work of other trades
(b) Work is to proceed in accordance with work schedules as provided by the General contractor's job site superintendent.
(c) This subcontractor will remove all waste material and rubbish generated by own work to a container provided on site by the Builder. Failure to comply will result in an automatic back charge. Subcontractor is responsible for any damage to curbs, hydrants, sidewalks or underground water keys, wires and pipes caused by negligence on the part of this subcontractor.
- concrete slab around the deck perimeter (deck expansion) size of roughly 8.5 X 17 feet. This would need digging of 1 foot deep or up for discussion sitting on the gravel bad 4 inches deep with steel mesh reinforcement topped by concrete (truck delivery).
Going around the perimeter drill sonic tube holes in the ground 4 feet deep for posts supporting deck.
I estimate 6 holes capped with post holders. The slab would probably need to go over the post's concrete to make it as one piece.
The slab perimeter to have 6 - 8 inches wide slanted edge for water removal and the rest just flat surface.
The old deck and perimeter would be cleaned and prepared for work by myself contrary to how it looks on the pictures.
- I also got another hole to make to repair my fence post which is rotten and needs to be replaced. The approach is to be the same 4 feet hole pouring concrete with post holder on top. The fence would be removed by me.
- I also need the landing for the deck stair that I plan to run by the wall showing on the picture where the sprout is.
- We can discuss if you want to look into repairing the crack in the wall. What I think we might do is to put a few steel brackets for reinforcement to keep the crack in check and to apply glue and concrete coat over the brackets and exposed rebars to keep the rust out and for the cosmetic look of it.
That would be it. Please, get back to me with your estimate and timelines.
Thanks much for your time.
We are a commercial/warehouse business and are looking to have a 12' x 20' concrete patio (poured) in place to the West side of our facility for use as a seasonal outdoor eating area.
We would also like to have a standard height chain link fence with a locking gate placed around the patio. The fence will be at the perimeter of the patio on the south and east sides and set in approximately 3' on the north side to ensure free egress from the fire exit at that location.
This is a commercial facility and an authorization has been issued by the landlord to perform the work as described above.
Hello, I am looking to have my front steps resurfaced with concrete as well as I need additional 3 steps built and a sidewalk where the front lawn used to be. I currently have 8 concrete steps going up to the front door and 3 steps were not built by the builders to connect to the ground but instead we had to buy separate steps and place them together.
After the original contractor walked away, I am left with a concrete pad to be finished.
The form was accepted by the city and it is ok. I need somebody to pour approx. 3 cu.yards of concrete by Tuesday. Budget is $1500 and I am aware the cost of concrete is $500. Looking for somebody to come, pour and smooth the surface - no levelling.
Wheel chair ramp paralell to garage leeding to front door.
Lenght 20 feet
Width 4.5 feet
Height 38 inches to zero
Platform 9 x 6 feet needs to elevated by 10 inches.
Glass porch enclosure;
Platform size 9 x 6 x 8 feet
Sloped alluminium roof
Sliding door
Side windows
This could be one project or two individual projects.

Appx. 6X9 front door concrete on grade, demolish and re-pour with correct substrate of sand and gravel and reinforced concrete with crack preventing oil based fibre board divider at end of houseline (6X7), between the houseline and the 2' extension beyond. (it is 2X2 patio stones there now).
Hi, I live in a townhouse and am interested in tearing down the pseudo-deck the builders have installed. It is unsighlty and poorly built. In place of this very small deck (probably 2x3 feet), I would like to add 3 or 4 concrete steps. A simple project, that will take no longer than a day I would think. I'm not looking to spend too much money on this, so some quotes would be appreciated.
dog out crawls space and put new concrete floor in.
The crawl space we have has a full foundation, the space however, has not been fully dug out and I will need it dug out and a new concrete floor installed. Because there is no window in the space, the foundation wall needs to have a whole cut out for installation of a window.
Hello Contractors!
Currently as you can see the retention wall is made from blocks glued together but the whole thing is tilting and basically falling apart. I want to pour a concrete wall and replace the blocks.
Currently the blocks are 8 inches thick so I think similar should go for the wall unless you recommend thicker - I want this to hold. The wall 22.5 feet long, by 3.25 feet high (height at the highest point - closest to the house).
The guardrail would need to be reattached back to the wall so similar "step downs" might have to be made to accommodate the guard rail. The guardrail contractor advised the screws can be either easily removed without ruining the rail.
The interlocking on the upper level would have to be taken off and re-positioned. The interlocking on the lower level (driveway) they can be probably left alone, maybe one row might have to be removed. I assume the wall would need to go inside the ground 2-4 feet depending on what the building requirement is.
On the upper level interlocking there is an extra step right before the house (Photo #7) that can be kept the way it is, turned into 2 steps, or we can get rid of. Any solution will do.
I'm looking for a price, but a general price range will be good too.
Looking forward to hearing from everyone!
Want concrete for 15x15 building:
- excavate 15’ of hill
- concrete for footings, slab and back/sides (retaining) wall where hill was dug out.

I have a residential project that requires approx. 1200 sq.ft. of exposed concrete work.
The project is essentially a poured pad for a shed , 3 walkway areas and 2 retainning walls.
All of the work is easily accessible a the front and side of the house.
This project will require you to have a small bob cat and mini back hoe for material removal.
I'm looking for a dark coloured type of exposed aggreagte that is simular to the look that is shown on this web site ... click here project can start immediately........Thanks for looking.........Nick
21' x 24 ' patio with two steps ( 6' ~ 7' x 15'' ~ 17 " ) + porch ( 9.7' x 6.4' ) with three steps ( ~ 7' x 16") + part of drive way (~ 4.5' x 21').
The area is cleaned ,I am looking for a contractor to double check the framing work and the slope that is already done, and complete the project (pouring exposed aggregated concrete with stamped concrete on the boundaries and do professional finishing with high quality of sealing materials .
This is a residential home with an existing flagstone covered front porch and walkway. The flagstone and interconnecting cement is crumbling. This also results in water leaking into the cold room located directly below. Rain drips down from the top of the cold room, not from the bottom.
The porch dimensions are 6 by 21 feet with four steps and a 14 foot walkway. Estimated square footage, including facing, is about 200 to 225 sq.ft.
Project: Remove and dispose of existing concrete slab. Re-pour concrete slab and stairs. Re-do walkway.
An in-person quote is required to determine the best solution to this leakage problem.
I have a townhouse that needs redoing outside to improve curb appeal and comfort. I would like rounded low rise steps maybe interlock but I’m open to suggestions. I have a long sidewalk and narrow seating area. Pictures available.
Your company was recommended to me by Daniele Nicolini.
Thanks!
Diane
25 year old flagstone pathway in owned home, likely about 120 to 150 sq feet, The concrete pad underneath stone, likely cracked and shifting from salt and water getting under stones through cracked mortor, My guess is the existing path needs to be removed, One large step was poured, and is sinking, it is about 8 feet long, needs also to be replaced, I have quite alot of flagstone, but likely not enough to cover all needs...more will be needed likely. Like to have existing broken up hauled out, my thought is rather than concret pad and mortor, have stones layered underneath pad and use screenings around flagstones, this way just do annual refill of screenings and no need to worry about mortar repair in the future, Need estimates...and time line.
It seems I have a problem with water leaking back into my garage and pooling in the center due to how the floor were poured. I'm looking to raise the level of the floors some and grade it out with the back of the garage raised higher than the doorsway so water will run out instead of in. Approximate size is 23' l x 18' w.
Thank you
I am in need of a hot tub pad. I already have a spot cut out in the interlock patio 8x8 and filled with 2x2 patio stones. But I am concerning about it being slightly out of level and would like to raise it to be at or above the height of the interlock on the far end instead of being below it.
Job would simply need the 16 2x2s pulled out, rescreed base about 2" higher and relay 2x2 stones in perfectly level 8x8 ft pad.
