I recently purchased a Level 2 Jukebox 40 Pro charger and require an install in the garage.
Require about about 25 feet of 8 gauge wire from the finished basement fuse panel into the garage. Also there does not appear to be any spare panels, a sub panel is required. Will require an inspection permit to receive government rebate.
Basement currently has 3 incandescent flood lights that I would like replaced with eight 3" 50 watt GU0 bulbs. Housings are included in the kit I purchased. The ceiling panels are removable 2'x2' squares and I will replace these with 2'x4' wood fibre ceiling panels after pot lights are wired- replacing the ceiling panels is not required by the electrical contractor - I will do this myself.
In our master bedroom we currently do not have a light fixture in our ceiling. We would like a fixture, capable of supporting a ceiling fan, installed in our room. Additionally, we would pay for the contractor to assemble, wire, and install the purchased fan (purchased by me).
Additionally - there is currently 1 wall switch that is wired to a standard 120V outlet (wired for a floor lamp) that we would like to control the light to the fan. The switch has been installed on the wall immediately as you enter the bedroom. If the light switch is on - the light to the fan is on, and when the switch is off the light is off - we would still like there to be power to the fan so that the fan can circulate air, even when the room is dark.
Our master-bedroom does have attic access through a crawl space. The room has 10ft cielings and is approximately 15 feet x 10feet. Our home is an end-unit town home, and was built in 1997.
Have 4 ceiling fans that need to be installed in upstairs bedrooms. There is currently a light fixture in each room; however, the light fixture is not mounted to the beams. The ceiling fans needs to be mounted and installed.
Please provide a rough estimate for the full cost of installation.
I need a certified electrician to install a hanging light fixture in my dining room. There are currently 4 potlights in the corners of the room. A hole would have to be cut into the ceiling in the centre of the room and wiring installed, pendant hung, and a dimmer switch installed. I also require that patching to any holes be made. I have attached a picture of the light fixture. Please respond with a quote and pics of any similar projects you have completed. Many thanks in advance :) PS - I live in Mississauga (Winston Churchill and Eglinton).

Age of House : About 16-17 years
Previous Renos: None
My home was built probably in the 1970 and has aluminum wiring on the main floor and the basement its a semi detached back split in mississauga
So I am wondering what the cost would be to get the pigtailing done properly or to put in the proper AL/CU outlets and switches. Only looking for estimates at this time.
I'm renovating a house in bloor/cawthra area. Renovation is in progress now, so this job is for right now. I'd say about 2/3 of the 1700 square foot house is exposed (drywall down) already. Can you let me know if you'd like to quote stringing copper, replacing aluminum (which was used at the time of construction). its a rental, I will be price sensitive.
House is 1400 sq feet fully wired and operating. We have electrical issues:
Every bathroom outlet is not working (never worked after we moved in the house in november 2011)
recently changed outlet covers in guest bedroom ( 2nd floor) now light in kitchen in a few outlets don't work anymore.
Would like to have this fixed soon and cheap.
I have 5 rooms that have no lights. These rooms have light switches but they only power a wall socket in each room. What I need is the light switch to power a normal light fixture in each of the 5 rooms. You will have attic access.
4 rooms are on the upstairs floor - the 5th room is the main living room on the main floor. There's lights in the room already but we want to add 6 potlights to the living room.
I'll need the lights to be completed to the socket - no bulbs or fixture needed.
Please price material cost and labor.
Looking for estimates only. (project length and cost)
The service box is currently 100amp which i believe will need to be upp'ed. The major appliance outlets in the kitchen will need to be adjusted and in some cases moved slightly. The following areas will need to have potlights installed. (looking for LED style potlights)
-Living Room: 247 sq/ft
-Kitchen: 310 sq/ft
-Family Room: 209sq/ft
-Master Bedroom: 132 sq/ft
-Bedroom 1: 143 sq/ft
-Bedroom 2: 143 sq/ft
-Bedroom 3: 143 sq/ft
I would also like smoke and carbon monoxide alarms to be installed via hardwire.
We have recently reconfigured a part of our office which included moving 4 cubucles a few feet over from their original position. These cubicles had power and data cords running inbetween them through a "jifi" tower. We now need that tower to be moved to connect to the new location of the cubicles. Also, my desk is no longer attached to those cubicles therefore power will also need to be connected to my desk.
Hopefully this is good enough of a description.

I'm looking for someone with experience to do this job for me because I am not too great with wiring.
This job requires wiring an ethernet cable from the main floor (inside an exterior wall) to the finished basement directly below it.
I will attach a picture here which indicates the location, walls, and truss direction which may or may not be important to you. Feel free to contact me if you need other information to provide a quote.
I actually need a few things done and am hoping that I can get these done at the same time thru the same person/people.
1. Need an exterior door installed (Garage to house). There was an opening during construction but due to miscommunication, they closed it up and put up the drywall.
2. Garage door opener install + motion sensor lights outside and inside garage.
3. Dishwasher install. Rough-in exists.
I need to get these done asap. Depending on the rough estimates I get, I would want to setup an inspection soon to finalize this work.
I am located in Mississauga; Near Derry and Mchlaughlin.
Please feel free to contact me for more details.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
