I recently purchased a Level 2 Jukebox 40 Pro charger and require an install in the garage.
Require about about 25 feet of 8 gauge wire from the finished basement fuse panel into the garage. Also there does not appear to be any spare panels, a sub panel is required. Will require an inspection permit to receive government rebate.
Basement currently has 3 incandescent flood lights that I would like replaced with eight 3" 50 watt GU0 bulbs. Housings are included in the kit I purchased. The ceiling panels are removable 2'x2' squares and I will replace these with 2'x4' wood fibre ceiling panels after pot lights are wired- replacing the ceiling panels is not required by the electrical contractor - I will do this myself.
We need a turnkey proposal to build on top of this garage. It is attached to the house, and the master bedroom and is considered a 1.5 Garage. Inside, we are looking to split the current master bedroom through the middle and make a 2nd master with ensuite. Need quotes for plumbing/HVAC/electrical. Would like to get quote for permits/architectural as well.
Serious replies only, this is an investment project.

Reframing my basement exterior walls (no inside walls) and I need (labour only):
a couple of light switches (wired up the unfinished ceiling)
about 10 outlets
The main panel is in the basement with a a couple of breakers:
1 breaker has all the pull string lights (6 of them)
1 breaker has 1 outlet
I need a rough estimate through here, please don't send asking for my number or email to send it.
If I like the rough number, I will invite you to see the location and firm up the quote. I will only reply if you send in asking for reasonable details or you sent your initial quote.
In our master bedroom we currently do not have a light fixture in our ceiling. We would like a fixture, capable of supporting a ceiling fan, installed in our room. Additionally, we would pay for the contractor to assemble, wire, and install the purchased fan (purchased by me).
Additionally - there is currently 1 wall switch that is wired to a standard 120V outlet (wired for a floor lamp) that we would like to control the light to the fan. The switch has been installed on the wall immediately as you enter the bedroom. If the light switch is on - the light to the fan is on, and when the switch is off the light is off - we would still like there to be power to the fan so that the fan can circulate air, even when the room is dark.
Our master-bedroom does have attic access through a crawl space. The room has 10ft cielings and is approximately 15 feet x 10feet. Our home is an end-unit town home, and was built in 1997.
Have 4 ceiling fans that need to be installed in upstairs bedrooms. There is currently a light fixture in each room; however, the light fixture is not mounted to the beams. The ceiling fans needs to be mounted and installed.
Please provide a rough estimate for the full cost of installation.
I need a certified electrician to install a hanging light fixture in my dining room. There are currently 4 potlights in the corners of the room. A hole would have to be cut into the ceiling in the centre of the room and wiring installed, pendant hung, and a dimmer switch installed. I also require that patching to any holes be made. I have attached a picture of the light fixture. Please respond with a quote and pics of any similar projects you have completed. Many thanks in advance :) PS - I live in Mississauga (Winston Churchill and Eglinton).

My home was built probably in the 1970 and has aluminum wiring on the main floor and the basement its a semi detached back split in mississauga

I'm renovating a house in bloor/cawthra area. Renovation is in progress now, so this job is for right now. I'd say about 2/3 of the 1700 square foot house is exposed (drywall down) already. Can you let me know if you'd like to quote stringing copper, replacing aluminum (which was used at the time of construction). its a rental, I will be price sensitive.

House is 1400 sq feet fully wired and operating. We have electrical issues:
Every bathroom outlet is not working (never worked after we moved in the house in november 2011)
recently changed outlet covers in guest bedroom ( 2nd floor) now light in kitchen in a few outlets don't work anymore.
Would like to have this fixed soon and cheap.
The existing electrical panel is some 30 years old and I've made changes to my home during the intervening time by completing a basement apartment with a full set of appliances. We did not upgrade the panel at that time.
Over time, and now a common occurrence, two circuit breakers keep triggering One triggers whenever we turn on the main floor oven and the second breaker triggers when we use the central vacuum along with a common hairdryer.
We did change the two breakers earlier this year but the issue remains.
I'm the owner of the house and the basement apartment is vacant.
