Hi there.
We are finishing our basement and are looking to request for a quote on the following electrical services:
- Rough in and finish (19) receptacles throughout
- (26) par 20 pot lights throughout
- Total of (3) bath and hallway area walls sconces (does not include fixtures)
- Cold room & closet area lighting (4)
- Cold room receptacle (1)

We have almost completed our framing and need to look for a certified electrician who is ready to begin the above tasks within the next week.
Qualified electricians will have access to the basement and panel without issue. The house is over 10 years old and the panel has 5 slots available which should accommodate the above requirements.

Please send all quotes within the next 3 days. From there, we will then compare and short list our decision down to 2 qualified electricians.

1) I have no power in most of my kitchen and my bathroom which are on the same breaker. I have replaced the breaker and still have no power. I have replaced the GFCI outlet in my bathroom and still no power. I've had no power since April. The fridge has been plugged into another outlet that does work in the hallway.
2) Also, while I have an electrician coming to the house, I'd like the chord on my refrigerator replaced (which could also be part of the problem - it was chewed through by a pet awhile ago, and was temporarily repaired and taped).
3) I also would like a quote on putting pot lights in across the front of my house. I also have a light above my kitchen sink which does not work when it's humid - I've replaced the flourescent tube, and wonder if it's something more than that.
4)There is also a light above my mom's kitchen sink (2nd kitchen in the basement) that does not work - I've also replaced that flourescent tube and I don't know if it's a bad connection, but it's wired into another light above the counter and the fan above the stove.
5) There are 2 breaker panels in the house, and I wonder if the kitchen should be wired differently.
I just bought a house and many of the electrical switches and receptacles are non-operational. The home inspector thinks it may need a new larger "Panel Box." I will need the work done before I move in, and I take possession March 1, so you will need to be available that week.
Please contact me by email and I will provide my phone number to discuss details.
*Note: I also have project postings for drywall work and plumbing.
1) We have a 12-light chandelier that needs to be installed in our foyer (ceiling height approx 20 feet). An existing chandelier needs to be removed. Any touch up painting must be completed at the same time as installation which we will have ready to go.
2) 4 sconce lights to be replaced
3) 2 semi-flush light fixtures to be replaced.
4) 1 dining room chandelier (6-light) to be replaced.
South Mississauga location, Clarkson area.
I have a couple of electrical fixes that are required to be completed in a rental property that I own. There are a number of electrical outlets that are no longer working that need to assessed and fixed. There are also a few lights fixture that are included as well.
There is also the re-wiring of the fuse box that needs to be assessed / determined as it is not providing enough electrical output to the major heating appliances (e.g. clothes dryer). Also, A new circuit breaker requires to be installed for a new Stove that has recently been purchased.
I would like to install potlights in my family room. This room is about 20' by 12' and has a brick fireplace at one end (on the 12' wall). There are 2 existing flushmount ceiling fixtures. The room is on a lower level of the house and is 3/4 below ground. The ceiling in the room is textured. The house was built in 1981 and has all copper wiring. I'd like the potlights on a separate dimmer switch. I was thinking of 8-12 potlights (depending on cost), but I'm not sure how far apart they should be especially with the existing flushmounts which are equally spaced and centered in the room. This room is not open to any other room and is 1/2 floor down from main floor and 1/2 up from basement.
Recently bought a Dyson vacuum, while vaccuming the power from the outlet in 4 of the rooms upstairs went out.
Tried flicking the switch for the braker panels. Does not appear to be issue with the braker panel as the switch did not flick over to off. Some of the outlets in these 4 rooms upstairs still work, the overhead lights however do not.

I'm looking for someone to hook -up a gas line in my basement. It goes to a fireplace. The connections are already there. We just renovated my basement and wanted the extra ceiling height so we got someone to disconnect the line. I'm asuming that the new line would new to run through the joist's in the basement. Can someone please give me a rough estimate for this job??
