I am looking for someone to help me with some home renos like replacing the bathroom faucets, installing a kitchen, closing the furnace room, some electrical work ( ESA CERTIFIED required). And some other work in the home.
Please feel free to call /email me n we can discuss the details.
I am looking to get a humidifier and 2 ceiling fans installed either by the same person or different for both.
1. Humidifier - to be installed on a high-velocity furnace (click here ) and the humidifier is already purchased by me so it is installation only.
2. Ceiling Fans - 2 existing light fixtures in bedrooms to be removed and replaced with the 2 new ceiling fans which I have purchased.
One of the fans will be located in our great room that has a 15 foot ceiling. This will require someone that has the proper equipment and experience. Because of the height and potential hazard we must insist that you are properly insured and must provide proof of such insurance prior to performing the work or signing a contract/work order.
All 3 locations have existing terminals in place so no cutting or running of wires will be required.
I will be picking up the fans on Friday and would like someone to come by this Sunday the 19th if possible. If not, next Tuesday or Wednesday.
Hi, I'm looking to get 5 additional lighting fixtures (sensor & flood) installed on the soffit or exterior of a stucco house. Ideally there won't be any conduits visible on the walls so all wiring will be done inside or under soffit. Looking to get work on weekends or evenings.

Looking to have electrical work done so we can have a Adapter for 240 volt/50 amp breaker (NEMA 14-50) installed on the outside of our house to accomodate a mobile connector/charger for an electric car we will purchase.
My electrical panel is located right under our driveway, in our basement, for what it's worth
Looking to understand what the work would cost, and if our electrical panel can accommodate it.
To install a washer/dryer hookup on the main floor of the house, where a hookup doesn't exist.
The location of the hookup is next to a powder room. The powder room is between the proposed hookup location and an exterior brick wall (where a vent can be added). Powder room does not have a vent/fan.
The electrical panel has been recently updated. 100 Amps. There is extra room on the panel to add additional breakers.
Age of house - Approx 23 years.
Both the bathrooms do not have exhaust fans and this results in humidity problems.
I shall provide the exhaust fans.
Any installation materials can be provided if you provide a list of the materials required.
Need to get the cost of labour which includes fan installation, providing a proper exhaust outlet from thr attic and also doing the required electrical work.
Need a gas pro to come quote on adding a gas line from the back of the house to the side of the house into the kitchen. I want to install a gas stove in the kitchen.
Cannot run through the finished basement so have to run a line from the outside. I have a natural gas line to the bbq already.

Hi,
Good morning.
I need your service for fixing few issues at my residence.
1) At my Home above the Electric Cooking stove I have a LG Microwave with an inbuilt exhaust fan below it.
I need to remove this microwave and install a Hood (Exhaust). Can you do this ?
2)The another issue is that when ever we turn this microwave the Entire Electric line trips off (devices connected in this line gets powerless). I then have to go down to fix this on main electric board. This used to work perfect a few months ago but now the line has some issues. Can this be fixed by you ? Are you certified electritian.
3)Can you install potlights in our Living room without damaging existing celing ? Is it possible ?
4)Need to replace 3 to 4 Lights fixtures at home.
The first job will be to fix this line and then install the new hood (exhaust).
Let me know the cost associated and can you do all this ?
I need a certified expert and needs to do at the best possible price.

3 exhaust fans in bathrooms - 1 in basement and 2 on upper level bathrooms
realign pipes under kitchen sink to install garbage bins
connect water to fridge
find drain in basement furnace room and attach humidifier hose
add breaker and a receptacle in same room to run central vac and possibly upgrade breaker panel
shut off valve for outside tap
(ideas about changing bathtub in master bedroom)
Townhouse atleast 40 years old.
lighting in galley kitchen and all electrical outlets and light switches that run down the left wall of the house do not work.
When we moved into the house all lights and outlets were working, a fuse blew and was replaced. Electrics intially worked but then blew again. Replacing the fuse again does not work.
The galley kitchen in a 40 year old condo has six 48" fluorescent lights in five sockets (four single, one double mounting). The lights have flickered and died. Checked the fuses and got a few new bulbs. The new bulbs flicker minimally in some sockets and don't even do that in some of the others.
This could be a simple fix or require a complete replacement, I don't know. I'm trying to get an idea of what it will cost.
Hi
I'm in the process of remodeling my kitchen. I need some electrical work done. The house was built in 1959. The panel has been upgraded to 100 amp service with breakers. It's a lengthy list of work that needs to be done, so I thought it would be easier to communicate this via e-mail rather than over the phone.
Below is the info on the work I'll need:
Kitchen (approximately 10'x17')
- Replace existing outlets with GFCI
- Add proper spacing for outlets to comply with code (add as needed)
- Move wiring for oven
- Move light switch to kitchen entrance
- Add wiring and circuit for dishwasher
- Add light switch to wall on entrance
Family Room
- Upgrade all outlets. Currently there are 2 outlets that are 3 pronged with the rest being 2 prong outlets. I'm unsure if they are properly grounded. (6-8 outlets total)
Bedrooms
- Upgrade all outlets same as family room (6-8 outlets)
Garage
- Add light switch by entry door from basement. Currently the switch is by the garage door at the front of the garage. Would like 3 way switch to be installed.
- Add outlet by light for future garage door opener
Following residential work for licensed Electrician only:
1. Two bedrooms on first floor are on same phase. Circuit breaker trips when room heaters are on in the two rooms at the same time. Need each room on a separate phase
2. Electrical outlet in master washroom suddenly died. Need to fix it and install GFI sockets in two washrooms.
Basement is finished. However, there is access to ceiling at multiple points.
Need an electrician for rewiring in basement (putting in new staircase and need to divert electrical wiring), adding additional circuits, installing pot lights, adding in oulet for dryer (new laundry room). Would like to hire on a hourly basis as needed during project. Need some of the work to start next week (Feb 6th or 7th). Live in South Mississauga.
