I currently have a fence that is only a few years old. From new construction at my neighbours. I now require the fence to be extended horizontally on one side of my property and would like to extend it vertically to the maximum on both sides of my property. It is not a large job but it will be one of problem solving and design.
Good day,
I am interested in getting a quote on a black chain-link fence in my backyard in between my neighbour and I
I live in a semi-detatch and we share a backyard with our neighbour.
The fence would be about 37 feet long from the edge of the deck to the back fence. I also want a gate on the fence to allow access to and from our backyards.
Hello all,
Looking to install a wooden fence in the rear of my backyard. It is approximately 30' wide, and would require approximately 4-5 6x6 posts. Not a massive job, but I have a pool and it is an obvious safety issue. I had trees and bush there but have taken down as I was planning to do it last fall. I had locators come out, but as stated, my plan fell through. I would like to go 8-10' high as that is the height of the fence separating me and my neighbor.
Thanks for your time.
I am looking for a contractor to build a single 21 foot long wooden fence separated by 2 post 10 feet apart (more or less). There may also be the possibilty for additional work; however the initial quote of interest is for the fence alone. This fence is to separate 2 town homes previously separated by bushes. Note that the backyard already has surrounding wooden fences.
I'm moving into a 7 year old home backing onto a wooded area. Although the local city council has a fence around the wooded area, it's quite short. I wish to install a wooden fence for my backyard as per the following:
At least six feet tall with the bottom extending at least six inches below the ground and/or a foot outward. Also, is there a possibility of attaching a roller system to the top of the fence?
We would like to install a fence for asthetics and privacy. 3 sides totalling aprrox 200 linear feet, approx 6 ft high, according to any applicable bylaws. Existing chainlink fence may or may not require removal. May or may not require one or two gates. Perference is for wood slat style, possibly with latice work at top or other decorative feature. No preference on wood or stain.
Residential backyard. Fence post is now severely tilted. Need new post (1 or 2) + totally new concrete base is needed.
Location: Mississauga (major intersection Mavis and Britannia)
Age of house (estimating age of fence): 20-25 yrs.
Possibility of multi-house project for neighbours.
- Pressure treated fencing
- board on top of board
- Need to match neighbour's new fence which was built in 'white' pressure treated wood
- height 6 feet
- Design is T-Beam with scallop detail
- 6" posts
- no lattice
- removal of existing p.t. fencing
Side 1
- 92 linear feet
- approx. 14 posts and caps
- 1 gate
Side 2
- 88 linear feet
- approx. 11 posts and caps
Require a separate quote for each side.

I want to replace approx. 80-100 feet length/4 feet height - chain link fence in my Mississauga detached home backyard (straight, approx. 60 feet flat and approx. 30 feet on a slope). Most of the existing fence is broken. I prefer galvanized chain link or black chain link product. I am the property owner. I want to get it done asap
We are a commercial/warehouse business and are looking to have a 12' x 20' concrete patio (poured) in place to the West side of our facility for use as a seasonal outdoor eating area.
We would also like to have a standard height chain link fence with a locking gate placed around the patio. The fence will be at the perimeter of the patio on the south and east sides and set in approximately 3' on the north side to ensure free egress from the fire exit at that location.
This is a commercial facility and an authorization has been issued by the landlord to perform the work as described above.
Looking for quotes for our co-op - there are at least 87 units with 2 x8' privacy fencing - fencing has become an "issue" with some fences needing urgent repair(s) and others maybe none - need someone to quote 1. price to replace all existing fences (only those that the co-op is responsible for - some people have closed in their yards and the co-op is NOT responsible for the closed in part) 2. quote for just repairing those that are URGENT and then future quote and time line for IF other fencing needs it. * we have an operating budget and need to get quotes for our members to vote on - your prompt attention would be grately appreciated. **please contact for someone to walk you around the property so you will be able to make a quote for us quickly.
Thank you.
Looking to replace 25yr old privacy fencing - one contractor measured approx. 2123 lin.ft., 4x4 posts (8ft section) of 6' pressure treated wood - need quote on removal of old fencing, building new fences and proff of insurance and WSIB - we need 3-5 quotes before presenting to the Board/membership THEN we can pick the contractor and get started, so time is an "issue" on this project.
Please contact if you need to be "walked around" the property to complete a proper quote.
Thank you.

I'm looking for quotes to have 4 repairs made to my deck and fence in preparation of putting our house for sale. All are due to storm damage. They are all small jobs but would like to get them done professionally and soon if possible. Location is north-central Mississauga.
1) Replace one fence gate that is falling apart. (photos 1&2)
2) Replace latch on other gate that is damaged and not latching (photo 3)
3) Replace deck railing board that was badly damaged by fallen tree (photo 4)
4) Repair board that should be holding deck lattice in place - nails holding it in place have come out and it now flops around severely when windy.
I've about 25 years old house and existing fence is falling apart. Need some trust-worthy company to provide competitive quote for repair/replacement cost. Also, indicate when you'll be able to start work as I need it done ASAP. Total fence length is 75+75+50 (feets), and my neighbors are also willing to repair/replace if the price & design is good.
Our property sits about 4 ft higher than our neighbors behind us. The wall that holds our property from falling into our neighbors yard is falling down. The fence (currently iron) is falling over. We have a toddler who can't use his backyard to play for fear he will fall through the fence. We need this fixed asap!
I have 3 exterior projects that need to be completed. The first project is my fence. The fence post next to the gate has broken and must be replaced. I would like to use this as an opportunity to install a slightly wider gate and have the fence post replaced.
The second project is my front steps, which have settled and become crooked, plus I would like to install railings.
The third project is to install a retaining wall (approx 30 feet) on the east side of the property. I am hoping to find a company to complete the fence and the stonework projects, but would be open to separate companies if necessary.
