We have a brick wall going up our front stairs and in front of the landing in front of the stairs.
We have concerns with this structure so we would like a professional opinion as to whether it can be saved or must be re built. We also have a landing area approx. 10' x 8'. It is a landing with flag stone on the surface. The flagstone was raised about 2" above the base and it has suuk so this area need to be built up and resurfaced. We are flexible about what surface even to replace it with. I need an estimate. A budget is shown below but we really net an evaluation and a quote
I have an arista built home in the Churchill Meadows area where it has some wood siding in the front of the house.
Im wondering how much it would cost for me to get it bricked properly with matching brick / stonework.
The house is 4 years old. Im sure the brick style / manufacturer can be tracked down.
Attached are a couple of pictures... its not a very large area at all... Maybe 5 feet wide X 4 feet long X 7 feet tall.
*** Ive recently learned from Arista Homes that the brick supplier was Brampton brick and that the brick type was "old school", getting brick will not be an issue.
Pls email me with ideas on pricing or give me a ring. Im looking to do this project last week in August.
