Hello All, I seeking to have 2 bathrooms in a semi detached home re-tiled. This is for a semi detached home in Mississauga. The first bathroom #1 is shown in the attached drawing and the tub area, vinyl floors and part of the walls needs to be re-tiled. I am keeping the existing tub. For bathroom# 2, I need to re-tile the shower, the floors and the perimeter of the tub, and perhaps a section of the walls. For the main floor - see page 2 of the document, I will like to re-tile the vinyl kitchen area and then the hallway & powder room. Please contact me and advise when you will like to make a site visit. I am only looking for contractors that can complete this work in 2/3 weeks max.
Remove old ceramic tiles from the foyer & kitchen. Replace it with vinyl plank floors. 300 sq feet.
There are 6 stairs from foyer to kitchen. Will need new railings once ceramic floors are ripped out.
Ceramic floors are old, cracked & will need to be removed. Kitchen floor sloops.
Work to start beginning of November.
We are looking to replace the tile in the ground floor of our home. This includes the front entrance area (66SQFT), hallway (48 Sqft), Kitchen (205 Sqft) and powder room (55 Sqft). We would need the current ceramic floor demo'd and install new ceramic tile. We want to ensure we are getting a solid new floor installed as the current one is original and at 25 years it is rock solid, but not much to look at in the looks department. We are looking to get an estimate on the labor & installation costs only at this time as we have a tile in mind that we are looking at.
I have a standing shower, which measures about 3' x 3' that was renovated recently. The contractor did not use the correct materials on the base of the shower and as such, the base needs to be re-done. There are no issues with leaks, however, the slope of the tile to the drain is also incorrect. As a result, there has been a build-up of mildew. I need an experienced person to re-do the base.
Hi
Our upstairs washroom has been leaking. Multiple plumbers came and said its not the plumbing. I noticed the tiled wall was “soft” (I can push it in). It’s a standard bathtub size. No need to relocate any plumbing. We’re guessing it's the waterproofing/ wall leaking. We don't need the toilet or sink renovated. We just want the wall/ tiling fixed
1. I would like to get the best contractor for fixing the existing shower pebbles floor (eventually replace the floor with different tiles) for leaking and re-grout other parts of the bathroom tiles as soon as possible.
2. Basement renovation is flexible but I would prefer to get an estimate and based on that to start the project early spring of 2019.

We are looking for someone who can re-tile the floor of our walk-in shower. The area is 36" x 36" and we have removed everything to the bare wood. There is no water damage as we caught the leak very quickly. We will provide the tiles, just need it cemented, re-tiled and grouted. We still have the original shower door which is in great condition.
Please let us know the approximate cost, pictures are below.
We are removing half a wall in our kitchen and there are no tiles under the wall. We would like to either put tiles in the area where the wall used to be. The problem is we don't have the same ceramic tiles, so we were thinking removing some tiles from under the cabinets (that we will be installing) and using them to patch the area.
We think this is going to be more affordable than re-tiling the kitchen and foyer. The kitchen and foyer are about 150sq.ft. We are happy to have estimates and/or ideas for both options. 1) remove a few tiles from under the cabinet and patching the area without tiles; or 2) removing existing tiles and installing new tiles.
Thank you
- Remove and dispose of all slate tile in the front entrance, main hallway, powder room, kitchen, upper hall and second floor bath (total 450sq ft.), include removal of quarter round and cement base.
- I will only respond to those who e-mail me an actual estimate.
Thanks
We have already picked out tiles, grout and easy mat for this project. We are looking for an insured contractor to remove the original ceramic tiles, fix floor where needed and install new tiles
This is a condo unit in Mississauga, work can only be done Mon-Fri 8-5 and Sat 9-5
The space is approximately 9x10
Tiles are 6x24" and will be installed in staggered pattern
We had a small flood in our home a few weeks ago. I have porcelain tiles (the ones that look like wood) all through my main floor. I put Bona tile polish on top of the tiles when they were installed and it was all perfect until the water sat on the tiles for a couple of hours. I now have spots on the tiles that look like peeling and I would like a company to buff/clean the entire first floor and apply a professional grade polish to the tiles. Please see pictures attached.

The backsplash tiles are ceramic 3x6 and also looking for brick pattern. Please provide me with your best price which includes mortar and grout.
