Hi, we have a wood post that has rotted and has caused a part of our wood fence to lean quite noticeably. We need a quote on removing and building three (3) new 8-ft segments of wood fence including two new 4x4 posts. The new posts will require the existing footings to be removed. We would like an "all-in" price that includes supply and installation of all material and removal of all garbage and scrap material. SHould mention that our preference is to have the footings with a sloped top and the post resting in a saddle, as opposed to embedding the entire post directly in the concrete, which I've heard can cause problems with rot later on)
We need a (wood) double gate built in a 3m space at the side of our house that opens inwards with a latch strong enough to withstand the weight of a 100lb dog if he chooses to push on it. It can be attached to the house, but will require a footing/support post installed on the 'fence' side.
We also are looking for estimates to complete walls/electrical/flooring in a basement room approx 115 sq foot - as a first step. We are leaving the ceiling open for the moment until we get the rest of the basement finished -- and we'd also like an estimate on completion of the rest of the basement (approx 900 more feet), including all ceilings and a bathroom with a shower.
I have chain link fence in my back yard and I need to install gate in the middle.
Fence is like this:click here
I need to install gate in the middle should be about 4ft high and 2 to 3ft wide.
Please let me know your price in email include parts and labour.
I am looking to replace a very old and dilapidated wooden fence along the side of my house.
It is a corner lot and runs approximately 75 linear feet. I am looking at a 6 foot fence, alternating boards. In the current fence there is an 8 foot gate. I would like to have a gate in the new one but only 6 foot. If a gate is not possible, a removable section of fencing would work as well.
