Remove existing deck and dispose of it. Rebuild deck to same style as existing. Pressure treated boards to be used. Ground level deck to sit on deck blocks. A bench runs along three sides of the deck. The deck is attached to the house (which is 80 years old)
A small landing/step is also required that is 5' long x 2' wide x 7" high.
dimensions: deck 23' 3" long x 14' 3" wide,
bench about 38 feet long, 17" high, two 2x6's wide
home is 2 years old, wilson dufferin area. looking for stonelink or similar patio in side/rear yard. approx 500 square feet. Would like to do it as inexpensively as possible, but want something that looks good and is durable.
would like someone who can give me an idea or two about what would look good
Need patio at back entrance restored to proper grade. Patio is about 8 X 10, consisting of 2 ft. square stones. Stones nearest to the house have sunk and during heavy rain water is flowing toward the walls of the house. Need patio stones removed and patio elevated and graded with gravel (?) so that water flows away from the house.
A small deck for my husband's wheelchair sits over the part of the patio at the sliding doors to the house. This deck would have to be removed and then replaced after the patio is redone.
I need this work done ASAP and would appreciate you getting in touch if you can visit my house to quote this job. Thank you!
we have a 16 by 32 inch pool- that is in desperate need of a new deck-we have always had a wooden deck around the pool which we LOVE-however we are finding that animals are now living under it ( mostly mice) so we are hesitant to put another wooded deck-any suggestions welcome. We prefer wood to cement or stone-for safety reasons-(kids running around etc) but we know we may have to bite the bullet and go for another type of material. We would prefer people who specialize in pool decks as opposed to general contractors
