Hi, I am looking to have my kitchen renovated. I live in a condominium in the Don Mills area. I am looking to have new cabinets installed (and old cabinets removed) and countertop installation (thinking laminate for now). Also, a bit of plumbing (sink faucet installation).
The dimensions are:
- cabinets (both sides, lower and upper), approximately 48 ft.
- countertop (laminate), approximately 22 ft.
Project includes supply, template and install of mid grade granite kitchen countertop (approx 70 sq ft) with a 1 1/2 " standard edge profile. Include One under mount sink cut and polish, plywood or plywood strapping as needed, and faucet hole cut outs (3). Project also to include removal and disposal of existing laminate countertop, installation of faucet and undermount sink, hookup of cold water supply to refrigerator, and installaion of tiled backsplash (approx 30 sq ft). The mentioned project is to renovate an existing open concept kitchen in a 5 year old condominium. Diagram with measurements of countertop and walls available for review and quoting purposes.
15 years old house, want to renovate the whole kitchen, needs to remove pantry and replaced with build-in refrigerator. Need lots of new cabinetry and storage space, like to have the build-in oven and cooktops. New countertops, ceiling, lighting, backsplash, island and eat-in kitchen breakfast area. We already had dark color granite tile for the floor.
