Have a backyard lawn that has patches of missing grass, full of weeds, and uneven in some areas. The area is approximately 600 sq ft. See pics attached. Looking for quote to get rid of existing lawn, level and install sod. Would like to get this done sooner rather than later but we are flexible.
Hello,
We are looking to get a quote for an outdoor landscaping project which involves pulling in our front yard, and adding a stone tile walk way from the street to the front door. We'd ideally like to break down the current front step and create a tiled one as well.
We have some designs mocked up we can show but would require your professional help to get the permit (if it falls under extending the driveway) as well as the actual landscaping work.
I've attached a rough mock up of what we want in the end, currently there's no tiled side walk, it is currently part of the front lawn.
Looking forward to hearing back.
Scope of work:
-remove, repair ground surface & relay existing interlocking & concrete blocks (currently sloping towards the house)
- house concrete above grad (20 cm)- moisture has created efflorences and ca deposits. Surface needs to be scraped off and a cementious slurry coat with waterproofing properties needs to be applied, prior to sealing or caulking (perimeter of the house)
- caulking/sealing around the perimeter where the house (concrete) meets the interlocking.
-main entrance stones: concrete grouting needs to be removed and re-grouted
Please note, Reno Spaces will be managing the scope of work on behalf of the client.
The house is located in North York.
We are looking for a licensed landscape stone professional to complete 3 projects ASAP

We are looking to install concrete or stone pavers for a rectangular patio in our backyard, just off the back door. We would like this to be a bbq/eating spot, measuring app. 20 feet by 30 feet, with a walkway leading to the gate/fence.
There's an existing concrete bed in the ground that was used under an old wooden deck off the back of the house. The wooden deck has been removed. The concrete bed is approximately 2 inches thick and is cracked and uneven.
The house is a bungalow that's more than 40 years old
Two backyard trees need removal. An old concrete brick half wall will also need to be removed.
We would also like to incorporate garden beds throughout the backyard.
I would like to recieve estimates for a paver stone walkway ( front and back yard ) for my home. I believe that the current square footage is approx 800 sq feet wich includes retaining wall for flower beds surrounding my home.
I would be very interested in recieveing some quotes for this project, as I would like to have this completed as soon as possible.
