Hello,
I'm looking for a quote to build a workstation for my two boys.
Need a desk and overhead shelf built which will hold IKEA torfast bins (which I will provide).
Items need to be transportable/movable....so can be completely built off site and then brought for simple assembly (table to cabinets) and shelf to wall with french cleat.
I can provide exact dimensions and drawings (which I am currently working on). They would all be in the same format as the Shelf Assembly FINAL drawing I have provided.
See attached for an idea of what I'm thinking... I am open to suggestions on design changes if it suits your build style.
Both units will be painted in Oxford White in highest sheen you recommend.
I will do lighting myself and provide the bins (do not include in quote).
Thanks,
Robin

Looking to add some safety to our basement stairs but don't want it to be permanent due to moving needs at some point. I've attached a picture of what ours looks like - I will update with a pic of ours when time permits. One side is up against the wall of the house. The other side is open and with two little children they could push he other off the side. I was thinking somehow just putting spindles up? There is a wood piece that comes down the open side where something could be screwed in. I was hoping something simple like screwed in spindles but obviously I'm not experienced in such jobs.
Thanks.
We are in Oakville looking for an independent carpenter with good track record and solid experience in building, decks, fences, pergolas and simple gazebos. Looking to pay fair price for labour and skill and not for project management, contractor mark ups or any other fees associated with working with a "team".
We want to build a 12 x 10 gazebo to be installed in our concrete pool deck and 6 free standing privacy screens. We need to replace our gate, fence post and first panel of our existing fence. We know the style and location and just need a skilled and honest person who is looking for a flexible job from spring to fall. If you have an offsite location to start build, even better.
