9 year old house, good quality paint job done about 7 years ago, now time to redo with colour change. Entry way, hall, den, dining room, family room and eat in +kitchen all with 9' ceilings plus living room with 15' ceiling + stair well to upper and lower floors, plus upper floor main hallway. Would like to add crown molding to much of this area as well.
We are looking to give our home a facelift and would like to replace all the interior doors with white/6-panelled doors. This would include the framework/moulding and all the baseboards in our home. There are 12 doors in total that would need to be changed out.
We have a 3 bedroom home with an ensuite bathroom, a powder room and main bath. Approx 1800 sq feet in total.
House was just renovated
2 powder rooms
1 small bathroom
Upstairs hallway leading downstairs to main floor
Main floor hallway
Laundry room on main floor
Full basement
All trims in these areas
3 door
Ceilings if required
I supply Behr Marquee paint (premium paint/primer)
Any cosmetic prep with primer in those areas.
We are in a new home looking to have some painting done. Only the walls require painting - the trim is fine. The walls need a light sanding prior to painting. The total square footage to paint is approximately 2000 sq ft. The areas to be painted are the main level, stairway and upstairs hallway. We will supply the paint or if you do we are requesting top of the line paints from Benjamin Moore or Sico.
Interior painting: Main floor hallway, hallway leading upstairs (cathedral ceiling on the landing part), and upstairs hallway, kitchen, livingroom, upstairs bathroom, small office upstairs (5 ft X 10 ft - please note, no pictures attached of office), and upstairs hallway baseboards (20 linear feet in total). The house is 14 years old. Would like it to be painted with Benjamin Moore Regal (do not want custom colour matching from another company). Will probably be using 5 different paint colours for the job.
1)
a) Install chair rail on all of main floor and stairwell walls
b) paint walls, doors and trim on main floor, staircase walls and upper hall only. (include all doors and trim)
c)paint (original-never painted) stucco ceiling on main floor only

Hi there, I'm looking for a few odd jobs to get completed:
I've recently painted some areas of the house as well as had laminate put down 6 months ago. The quarter round and trim areas pales in comparison. It needs to be refreshed. So I need some trim painting done. Master bedroom (10x12), upstairs hall area, main floor hall area trim. The previous owners also left a few unpainted doors I would like to get done.
I'm also looking to find estimates on replacing the kitchen countertop with granite or quartz or whatever the new trend is. Either way, I'm not a fan of the current counter and with that I'd love a backsplash. It's not a large kitchen but I realize all estimates are based on measurements.
Hi there,
I'm looking to have the following things completed in my house:
Touch up paint jobs plus painting of five more rooms
Painting of kitchen cupboards plus new hardware
Two new toilets plumbed in
Caulking
Back splash in Kitchen
I'm the owner of the house.
The painting consists of 3 three bedrooms, hallway, kitchen and possibly basement.
The back splash would be in the kitchen
One toilet is in the basement the other is upstairs
The caulking is in the bathroom
I have bought all the paint and started some of the painting, but i need some touch ups made on the ceiling. There is more paint that needs to be done.
Paint all ceilings (currently stucco) and walls (prep needed), doors, trim, stair railing, install new baseboards and flooring. Remove and dispose of old baseboards and carpets. This is a 1000 square foot, 2 storey condo apartment. Install new flooring (must be floating- laminate) downstairs, carpet upstairs.
1700 sq ft house. 9 ft ceiling upstairs, 8 ft ceilings main floor.
No ceilings, baseboard or trim will be painted, JUST walls.
I would like Benjamin Moore paint.
Basement will not be painted, just the staircase walls going down into the basement.
Only 2 colours will be used throughout the whole house
3 Full Bathrooms, 1 Powder Room
Kitchen
3 Bedrooms
1 Office
Dining/Living Room
Hallways
Main floor of a townhouse. Perfect time to paint as the floors, all baseboards/casings and furniture have been removed. Primer and paint are already on site. The ceilings have been scraped and skimmed by a pro. All walls and ceilings have a good painters edge. The floor surface area is aprox 650 sq/ft.
Task:
Fix obvious imperfections and scuff all wall surfaces.
Prime all walls and ceilings. Some areas need to be textured to match the texture of the existing wall. The reason for this is because the tapers have already fixed many imperfections in the walls. The areas are smooth. The existing paint job is not! I do not want any smooth looking spots in my new paint job.
Final inspection and fix any missed imperfections.
2 coats on ceilings
2 coats on walls
Hello
We are interested in having our dining room, living room, doorway and hall painted.
The dining and living room are about 290 sq ft total, both rooms have large bay windows and the hallway is mostly doors
The walls are currently grey and we would like them painted with White Dove. We have 3 gallons of Benjamin Moore paint and one gallon of trim paint (we can supply more paint if needed)
We would like a quote for just painting the walls and another quote for painting the walls and trim, please find pictures included. Could you also estimate how long to complete, thank you.
The wooden roof dormer on our 9-year-old house needs painting with good prep work because it is starting to look a little decayed.
I would also like to paint the interior of our two-car garage - four walls, ceiling, interior door to house and the frame around the large garage doors (but not the large garage doors). The garage walls and ceiling are drywall - taped but never primed or painted.
I'm looking for a contractor to remove existing stain from handrails and treads and stain with a color matching new flooring. Also need the railings switched from wood to wrought iron. Please note the picture below is not the actual existing stairs. The only difference is the spindles are wood and the color of stairs is a Dark brown. The second picture is the look that I want done.
Hi,
Looking for a quote for this area which is on the second floor of our house. We require some framing, drywalling, laying of subfloor, painting and five LEDS.
The area is approximately 21’ by 14’.
The joists will require some sistering to even them up to accept drywall.
About a foot below where the joists converge there will be a flat framed area with a grill to allow for air circulation
The floor is to be re-boarded with sheeting finished one side.
About a foot in from the perimeter, we want to put in a knee wall maybe 10” high. A second framing will be required in approximately the position of the vertical 2x4s in the picture. The framing is three sided, and the idea is to have a track, like used for sliding wardrobe doors, to drop panels into to enclose the storage areas behind. These panels would be about 48” square, and be secured at the top with latches. We can probably use the same material as for the subfloor.
The wall that can’t be seen in the pictures (which has the entry door from which the pictures are taken) also requires drywalling.
Also, please quote a separate amount if the loose wood shown in the area needs to be removed. Someone is supposed to be taking it, but not sure that they will in time for work to commence.
Thank you, and we look forward to receiving your quote.
I have 518 sq ft to be painted in two hallways. One of the halls include a 14 ft height in the stairwell. We want an estimate to paint with or without paint of eggshell. By our estimates it will use up approx. 3 cans of paint. Please to do not call, only send submissions by email.
We may or may not include the paint depending on the quotes and estimates we get. AGAIN, do not call, we will reply on our own time thru email. Please include your phone numbers in your email.
