Please provide estimate for the following scope of work
Scope of project:
1)Installation of coiffered ceiling, painted with crown mouldings in family room (20 ' x 15') and upstairs hallway (26' x 10')
2)Installation of pot lights (approx 12 to 15) in upstairs hallway (inside coiffered ceilings)
3)Replace and upgrade existing kitchen backsplash tiles
4)Install under lighting under kitchen cabinets
Online estimates must be provided prior to any site visit. Thanks to all for your time and estimates. Only responses within parameters will be contacted.
I have a small condo kitchen (L shape with 1 corner.) Approx 20 square feet of back splash need to be installed. The tiles are from Home depot. 2x6 inch glass and come on a 12 x 12 sheet so you are not installing individual tiles. The condo rules say any noise must be between 10-5 so no noise can be made during the evenings.
Update: There are 4 electrical outlets in the area which need to be cut out i guess and tiled around.
New granite counter tops are being installed on Friday Sept. 12 and I would like to have someone install the back splash immediately after.
I would like to have a kitchen back splash installed by a professional who does this work regularly. The walls are clear and free of any previous tile work. We will supply the tile and grout unless you have samples at the same rate as Home Depot. You will supply steel edging and glue. Aprox. $10 per sq/ft.
We have decided to not tile behind the stove and fridge.
There is 40 sq/ft to be installed.
We're looking to get out kitchen backsplash tiled(from the counter to the ceiling). About 55 sq feet. There is no backsplash there right now (nothing to remove or prep). The tiles are ceramic 5x10 and we'd like them in a brick/staggered pattern.
Looking to have the job started asap. Let me know if you're interested. in Oakville. thanks!

Basement apartment has kitchen with broken tiles. Tiles removed and new tiles are 1 cm too big on both sides- I searched all manufacturers of tiles and the closest I could find are a little too big, but match thickness and colour.
