I'm looking to convert an existing window (95" x 62") to a 72" patio door with a small window on the side. This work would involve removing the old window, cutting out the wall below the existing window, installing the new patio door and if possible a small window panel on the side to make up the difference (95 to 72 inches). The house is a ~1950s bungalow with brick and cinder block construction. I'm guessing a lintel was used to support the structure above the existing window, but have not confirmed this. Please provide a ballpark quote and contact info. Thanks!
Current windows at the side of the house are 18 inches tall and too small for safe egress from the basement, current windows are just above grade and do not have window wells. Foundation is poured concrete, interior of basement is crudely finished with plywood, no insulation. Quote to include all materials to complete the job including two vinyl windows, two window wells and all materials to ensure proper drainage system

I am seeking a door to be installed to get into the house from garage. The wall separating garage and house looks like drywall.
The door wood to be a plain regular door with a lock.
The house was built in 1989, but I just bought it and not sure about how pipes, ducts and wires are ruuning.
Additionally, I need a wooden rack installed over the garage door. The rack is the obstacle for garage opener to be installed.
The size of the rack is 3- 4meter wide and 2 meter depth. The rack is made of 2 x 4s and plywood.
We require a side door to be installed that we recently purchased at Home Depot (see attached picture).
We also require a back and side door to be purchased and installed for our garage.
Pictures of our existing doors attached.
Please provide an estimate for each door install and timeframe for availability
Thanks,
John
Hi,
We have in our house a narrow window beside our front door. The window is as tall as the door, (which I estimate around 7 feet? You would know better than I) and about a half-foot wide. This window was smashed recently, (over-packed snowball) and we need it replaced. The door itself is quite old and depending on the price I thought maybe we could get it replaced at the same time.
It was a double pane window and it is a single door on a townhouse. (As opposed to a double front door.)
For now there is plastic taped over it but I'd like to get it done soon.
Thank-you

We have a 6 panel steel front door. We would like to have the door cut, and glass installed (plain glass, double or triple paned to keep the cold out). Also, we would like the door to be painted black (and is possible, the grids also painted black to match the door). I will attach a picture of a door that captures what we'd like.
We are looking to give our home a facelift and would like to replace all the interior doors with white/6-panelled doors. This would include the framework/moulding and all the baseboards in our home. There are 12 doors in total that would need to be changed out.
We have a 3 bedroom home with an ensuite bathroom, a powder room and main bath. Approx 1800 sq feet in total.
Hi!
We're looking for the following projects to be completed this week (the week of June 7).
Installing baseboard trim on the second floor and in a small basement room (approx. 200 linear feet total between all rooms).
Installing bathroom vanity (already purchased);
Installing shower faucet (already purchased);
Installing two interior doors (already purchased).
**Must have at least first vaccine shot**
I need to get a door way created to seperate the basement from the upstairs, there is walls and a roof where the doorway is to go, this would require some framing and drywalling to create a doorjam. It is an interior doorway where no seal would be required and the floor is carpet. the current opening where the door is to be is 36" wide by 88" tall.
Our front entranceway currently has an enclosed front porch - roughly 30 sqft, all windowed, with no heating. The wood in this area is beginning to rot, and so we need to redo it. We were looking for options that would allow for better ventilation and drainage from the roof to protect it against future rot.
Also, we have a double front door that has become mis-aligned. We need to put new doors in and are looking for sturdy and well insulated replacements.
Last, we currently have a kitchen eating area, but wanted to insert a bay window in here that extends a little outward from the house. We want there to be a seating area on the window (with some form of cushion) and with some storage underneath the seating area.

I also have a tiled shower stall was constructed with no marble top on the step where you get in the shower, that is now leaking.
