We are looking for someone to take down some walls in the bedroom to expand master bedroom. Also looking to fully renovate bathroom both upstairs and downstairs.
We are also converting part of the garage into a small sandwich shop/deli. We had posted this earlier but it took some time to close the deal.
I have bought a 3 level bldg and it has already been teared down and it has been framed by previous owner.
I think the floor is approximately 4000 sq and I'm looking to develop as student rental residence.
(a) bldg is appox 40 years old or so.
(b) with total area 4000 sq-I want 3400 dedicated to student rooms @ 180 sf, total of 18 rooms
(c) 600 sq-200 sf, for kitchen setup for student to eat/200 sq feet for washroom/with shower and rest for laundry.
Again, bldg has 3 floors and I want to do the same for all floors.
I just want the price of completing the entire each floor nicely and on budget and on time, it must be finish by June 27/2012.
We recently put our house on the market but have not seen any other houses in our budget that would fulfill our needs and want to inquire about time and costs of renovating our present house. We have a one story bungalow with a partially finished basement and one bathroom. We need more of the basement finished and a bathroom added. We would also like to inquire about remodelling the kitchen to make it more usable for our needs. Right now we are just looking for someone to give us ideas on what can be done and the cost involved to see if it would be a better option than a different house.
We are seniors who own our home. We don't have a back door. I want to turn the small back bedroom into a mudroom with a door leading to a deck to be built as well. There is a radiator across the wall where the door needs to be. Our heat is hot water-gas. Our home is a small bungalow around 1000 square feet.
