Hello
I am seeking a contractor/estimate to replace the elevated outdoor deck attached to the rear of my house. The current structure is at least 20 years old and the wooden planks and railings are starting to rot. I believe the support structure is still in good condition, but I would need an expert to confirm this.
The deck is attached to the house on one side and supported by three vertical beams on the far side, which are mounted on concrete piers. The deck is 14 feet wide by 12 feet deep and is elevated about 14 feet above ground. Photos of the current structure are attached for your review.
The new deck must be made of durable composite boards such as Trex and have all fasteners concealed. The new railings should be equally durable and with no exposed wood.

We are seeking a contractor to propose a simple design and then excavate, prepare and lay interlock stones to replace the existing front walkway. Guessing: 50 sq ft. Also to redesign/update front porch which is currently concrete step with small pressure treated deck. We'd like a larger deck in place of the 2 existing. Home is 30-yr old single family dwelling in Chapel Hill, Orleans.
Recover the front porch either with wood (pressure treated) or other materials to make it bigger and more accessible for people walking with canes.
We were thinking extending the porch on the left side to cover the stone area, and redo the steps and adding railings. Our budget including taxes $2500 - $3,000.00
Size approx: 11 1/2' long X 8' deep on the side with stones. 3 steps of 5' long, no more then 7" height.
We are the property owners.
One railing became detached from the deck after the ground probably moved a bit. We had the deck professionally done by Exterior by Design but the company went out of business. Also, we had an opening because we used to have an above-ground pool but I got rid of it last summer. Therefore I would like to have that space closed off.
I would appreciate receiving a quote for this job. Thank you
Deck is 13 yrs. old. The 4x4 support beams and 2x4 screen frame have warped and twisted and need replacement. The nine screened openings require adjustment in size in order to install "weatherwall enclosures" (yet to ordered). The work has to be done prior to ordering as the sizes need to be known. Deck is 15x12. Deck and roof do not need replacement.
Build a pressure treated decking over the current interlock walkway. Prefer brown pressure treated.
Between driveway and front entry steps.
Approximately 18 feet long by 5 feet wide. Apply wooden skirt to hide interlock.
At driveway, must be flush for wheelchair access. Not at stairs.

I am removing my patio stairs from kitchen to my backyard. They are in stone and I want to replace it by a wooden patio deck with steps. See the 2 attached picture. The first one is my present stairs and the second one an example of what I want to have.
I may also redo my kitchen tiles. I will provide the tiles only. So I need a quote for this.

The back yard needs to be levelled to ensure the water runs away from the house. I'd like a deck which covers the approximately 18x18 yard to ensure little to no maintanence for at least 10 years. The yard also needs to be usable/safe for a 4 year old.
I'm the property owner and was hoping to have this completed by the end of summer.
