I have a garage floor that has slight cracks, pits and spalling. I would like to have my garage floor resurfaced so that I can put an epoxy coating on the floor. The garage is 20ft x 17ft. I have attached a layout of the garage. I also require a concrete slab for a shed that will be 7 ft by 7.5 ft. I am looking for a contractor to recommend the slab size to accommodate the new shed.
Thanks
I would like to put a concrete path down one side of my house and have concrete curbs down both sides of my driveway. In addition I would also like a simple loose aggregate ( loose stones) path at the opposite side of my house. I'm looking to get this done asap.
Please find attached a plan of what I would like to do, with sizes.
The approx. areas are:
Concrete = 400 sq.ft
Aggregate = 355 sq.ft.
For the concrete I would like either simple concrete, a coloured concrete, or even a coloured and stamped concrete, depending on the price.
Thank you.
Chris
We have an existing concrete front porch that is about 10' wide and 7' deep - roughly 3' off the ground - we want to widen the front porch by about 12' and based on the layout it would roughly need to be about 12' deep.
We have 6 concrete steps about 8' wide that lead to a patio stone landing that is currently 8 large patio stones. In front of the landing we have a small front garden with an umbrella tree, and then grass leading to the side walk.
We went to replace the landing, remove the small tree and garden, and build a walkway the same width of the stairs right to the sidewalk. The existing stairs and porch are solid but the concrete is pitted in spots. The ground is also a little sloped.
Ideally we would like to resurface the stairs and front porch to tie in with the porch extension and walkway.
I realize you need to come see the job and do measurements - not looking for an online quote, just wanted to give an idea on what we're looking to do.
If this is a job your company would do, please contact my wife directly to arrange a time to come by and do a quote.
Her name is Teresa, and you can call her.
Regards,
Adam
Hi, we are looking to have a concrete pad installed in our backyard for our swimspa that is coming in the spring - swimspa size is 16*8 so would need a little bigger, and part of it would be over some of the drainage area for the backyard, so wondering what this would cost, and how drainage would be accommodated. Thanks
Retaining wall is about 65 feet long. Looking for cheapest solution. Currently it is made of concrete blocks, which have shifted and is partly responsible for breaking fence posts (I"m sure they would have gone anyway though). Looks like 4-5 posts have broken or close to breaking.
This has also pulled adjoining fence so not sure if there is going to be an issue there, may need another corner post or two.
Also have garden retaining wall in front side, 2 levels, part of which is holding up part of the carport. This is the pressure treated wood tighes which have rotted.
I have hired a contractor to replace the liner in my inground pool however once the liner was removed we could see the concrete under the liner also needs to be repaired. The liner contractor does not do that part of the job. I am looking for someone to repair the concrete under the liner. It is a large pool with a lot of cracks needing repair.
I need a base for a shed 10 x 17.5. The shed is one of those temporary tents from Canadian Tire. I don;t want it on the grass as it will be a mudpit. I want the base to be movable in case my neighbour complains. Wood is fine, raised off the ground by movable cement post holders
Old deck removed about 12 x 12. wooden base with two walls about 6 feet high
Old shed removed about 8 X 12 made of plywood and shingles on roof.
Need separate quotes for each job including tax and labour. You to supply material and remove garbage.
Not interested in quotes including "unforeseens" or contractors coming from long distances to charge for transportation costs
