Hi,
The front porch of my house is pulling away. I believe the bottom of the front pillars are rotting and causing everything to shift forward. I want to get it propped back up into place and properly attached to the house (all brick), fix up the pillars so they look nice, and make any required cosmetic fixes. The shingles are only a few years old, so I do not want to reshingle. We are looking to also put some new railings on.
Thanks,
I am the owner of 1927 home which front porch needs to be re-built. Would like porch to continue to reflect age of home, except would like composite wood to be used. porch dimensions are approx. 7'x10'. Has concrete steps which are in good shape so would like 2 quotes, one using existing steps and one with new steps built from same composite wood.
There is existing brick pillar in front corner of porch. Railings are strong wood and maybe could be reused?
Once old porch is torn down and before new porch is built ... foundation in front corner needs sealing. Under porch is concrete room accessible from basement - seems to be dug/added post construction of home. At times moisture appears in corner of concrete room (so small section of foundation needs sealing). Ventilation needs improving in that same room.

I am looking to have a simple wooden (pressure treated) deck built in my backyard. The approx. dimsenions would be 16' X 10'. It would be a one level low deck with one step up. I would not require railings but I would like a privacy wall (lattace) on one of the 10' sides. There is no entrance to the back of the house so I'm looking for the simplest deck possible.
Hi there,
We would like to have a deck framed out for us. It is a 2 storey deck with a staircase. The house is a year old and there is no fence yet so access should not be a problem. The upper deck is around 300 sq ft and the lower deck is around the same. We are looking for the frame, the footings and drawings for a permit.
