Hello
Looking for a design and build team to take a look at my property and discuss options for Renovations. Addition would be out the back of an Oshawa bungalow. Property slopes down behind the house so excavation shouldn't be too bad. Looking to add a kitchen and eat in area. Basement or crawl space.
Looking to do other remodelling jobs like bathroom, so the scope could be larger than the addition. Right now looking at options and how much approximately they would each cost, so we can proceed.
Thanks for taking the time to read this ad.
60 yr old vinyl sided bungalow currently less than 700 sq. ft. We wish to expand 10 feet out and 24 feet long (the length of the main house). We do not wish to build a foundation but use sono tubing to floor level. We are looking for estimates for framing, windows, floor, roof, siding and doorways from existing house to addition (2). We plan to complete the flooring, drywalling and insulation ourselves.
Hey there. I want to renovate my rear room. Currently the room sags and I would like to level the room out. I would like to extend the room out about 2 or 3 feet. I would also like to add a 3 piece wash room in this room. I would like to remove the window in this room and replace it with a patio door. If it is feasible with permits and building code, I would like to move my deck from the rear of the house to above the renovated room. Which will act as a balcony from my bedroom!
I live in a home biult in the 1930's. It is roughly 900 square feet. I would like to expand approx. 20 feet into my backyard, adding a sunken living room off my kitchen(main floor) and upstairs add a hallway and new bedroom and bathroom. I also want to expand an exsiting bathroom on the main floor (will be under staircase)and re finish the exsisiting bathroom upstairs as well as add an ensuite to the matser bedroom -main level-
Thank you for your time,
Sandra
We have an addition we would like to do off our bedroom and bathroom off the back of our house. The house is 50 years of age and we want to increase the size of our bedroom/bath. The addition would be built on top of our flat roof.
We live in Oshawa, Ont. My name is Lorraine and I would like to be contacted re: discussion of work involved and estimate.
Area is approx 12 x 18 maybe a little bigger but not buy much.
House was built in 1917 but has been gutted and renovated.
The addition will be to the back of the house.
Either french door or removal of the sliding door.
2 to 3 window.
If possible add on the the existing basement by having a basement under the add on.
We have a small addition already. I think the roof may need to be raised not sure.
