Hi
We would like to add stackable laundry machines in our main floor finished washroom
Is this a job that requires a lot of damage to the current washroom??
We may also be able to place the laundry in the closet that is built just behind the shower
We would prefer the laundry in the washroom, we do have space to the left of the toilet
Please send rough estimates
I want to move my laundry room upstairs to a walk in closet. There is enough room, all the drywall has been removed. I can re drywall the room. I need to have the plug run up to the closest from the basement. I will also need to have the water supply brought in, I would like to have a drain installed into the floor in case of leakage. Lastly, will need an exhaust hole for the dryer. The wall is against an exterior so just a matter of cutting a hole.
I have a leak in 2 locations in my livingroom ceiling which is coming from my upstairs bathroom. After removing the ceiling area, I noticed that the old lead piping system was connected into the new ABS system for the fixtures. Is this safe? Proper?
Can I reseal the connection or does the entire drain system need to be replaced?
The second leaking area is from the lead pipe itself from under the tub. The joists have all been cut/notched out significantly and the plumbing is running under the subfloor. Will we have to lift up the floor to get to the plumbing to re-run if necessary?
The joists have been significantly damaged so I'm wondering if they need to be replaced or sistered with the plumbing being redirected into a buikhead of some sort.
I'm away for the weekend so answering these questions would be appreciated as I want to get someone on this job quickly. Also, please send a rough estimate on how much it would cost to fix these issues.

Thanks!
Hi,
Looking for a plumber in about a month or two to review my "rough in" in the basement to see if it is what I need to add a 3 piece bath. I also wanted to add a laundry room and kitchen in my basement. I need a certified and licenced plumber to provide pricing on labour and materials.
Please contact me.
Looking for a Licensed Plumber to fit into their schedule one to two tub and shower valve replacements per week in a multiunit townhouse complex for the next 10-12 weeks. All tear out to be undertaken by General Contractor, with tub, waste overflow and shower valve supplied by GC as well. Plumber responsible for all copper, fittings and ABS as required.
Would prefer local Plumbers (Durham Region). This project is already underway so am looking for individuals who have openings in their schedules immediately.
Hi.
Need a plumber to assist with a building control valve replacement. Residential townhouse unit in whitby, with own curbstop - however curbstop is buried below soil level and was unable to be located before snow came. I am looking for a plumber who uses/can use, the pipe freeze method inside the house in order to change the main valve for me.
Thanks

Require licenced plumber immediately for plumbing installation in a basement in Oshawa. The home is being legalized as a two family dwelling. Require drain and supply runs run to the kitchen sink locatin (approximate 6' from current sink/drain/supply lines location) as well as supply lines and drain for laundry (again approximately 5' to 6' from current location). Will also require the installation of two pendent sprinklers in furnace area located directly adjacent to laundry room. $1200 to $1500 budgeted including HST
My rental house's tenants have informed me that a water stain has developed on the main floor ceiling directly underneath the master bathroom.
After removing the wet ceiling drywall it was identified that the leak was coming from the tiled standup shower. In the master bathroom, I cut a hole in the drywall to expose the shower fittings to determine the source of the leak. I confirmed that neither of the shower fittings is leaking. Based on the moisture seen, I believe that either the shower liner or the drain has developed a leak. It is also possible that the walls of the shower were not properly water proofed by the builder or that sand grout was used instead of acrylic grout.
Either way, I need this problem fixed so that my tenants can begin to start to use the shower again. Repair to the ceiling on the main floor will also be required.
I have an outside tap that is leaking around the handle for turning it on. It is old and I can't replace just the part so I need to have the tap that is currently soddered on, removed and replaced. I have the replacement tap, just need someone to remove the old one and install the new one.
I need a water faucet fixed or replaced that supplies water to the exterior of the house.
It is a copper line and the water supply is shut off, but the exterior faucet has a drip.
So in the off position, water is still reaching the outside faucet.
Not sure if the seal is gone on interior or exterior or both, causing this drip.
Thank you,
Jacqueline
