Both doors are complete with frame and ready for installation.

(We have an autistic child who sometimes pounds on the window.) Please give me an aggressive ballpark. I'd like to get these done quickly. Thanks!

We would like a patio door to lead out to our backyard from our Master Bedroom. There is already a 5 foot window where the door would go. The exterior of the house is aluminum siding. We would require you to cut the opening for the patio door and install it. Exterior appearance does not have to be completely finished off because we are going to be getting new siding and the interior casing and any drywall repairs, can be done by me.
The roof is flat and the ceiling has a lot of water damage. We would like to see what the cost would be to change it to a cathedral ceilling. There is not a lot of insulation in the ceiling and walls. (only 2") we would like much more. The floor seems fine and there is no basement under this room..200 square ft.
Our budget is $10,000.00. $50.00 square ft.
Our home is 50 years old and has 3 very large Picture windows I would like to replace 2 with flat window with sliders on the bottoms, and the front main window with a bay window. We also have 2 basement windows which I would like to have changed, a diningroom, kitchen, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom all replaced.
I am looking for an estimate to have these changed.
I am looking a ballpark price for someone who can supply & install a 2'x3.5' window into a brick wall. We can cut the opening in the brick and framing to your specifications and do the interior framing (header, kings, jacks and sill), but I need an installer who can do the brickwork...angle iron, soldier course, correct brick mold on the window etc., supply the window and install it for me.
