-Installation of vinyl flooring in a bathroom of approx 50 sq. feet.
-quater round, vanity and toilet will all be removed prior to installation
-The current vinyl floor isn't in great condition, and there is no flooring under the current vanity. We will need flooring installed to go under the new vanity.
I need flooring installation for:
- bamboo flooring for living room (23' x 14'6") and kitchen (11'9" x 11'0") together
- tiles for 3 bathrooms (8' x 9', 8' x 9', 10' x 10')
- carpet flooring for 3 bedrooms (15'1" x 10'6", 11'6" x 9'6", 9'6" x 9'3")
- engineered hardwood for basement (13'9" x 11'5")
Planning new flooring installation.
1) Removal of existing carpet on hallway stairs, upstairs hallway and masterbedroom area and installation of new underpad and patterned berber carpeting. Install new baseboard where new carpet installed. Total area approximately 1,000 square feet.
2) Removal of existing carpeting, install new level subfloor, and install new wide plank 5" oak flooring and baseboard in living room. Room is 12' x 18' (220 sq ft).
A commercial building. The kitchen area in our wing has an open seam in the middle of the floor Approx. 10' across and would need to be resealed. The building is fairly old and every winter the seam re-opens. Floor replacement is not an option at this point. A small job that would need to be done ASAP.
Can you please provide an estimate quote to fill/fix a 12" diamater hole in a 2nd floor bedroom so that it is structurally sound? Please also provide cost to re-carpet a 10' x 10' room with standard carpeting. (The hole currently has a cut out in the carpet)
About 550 square feet of carpet, would need replacing with a high quality underpad and either short pile carpet or laminate I think. Possibly 14 stairs, but I'm not sure about those yet. The floor gets super cold in the winter, so I'm considering all decent options that don't include the carpet I have now. The house is a 7 year old townhome, of the stacked-townhome/terrace home variety. I would likely need help also replacing (not painting, I do that) the baseboards after new flooring installed.
I have approx. 1150 sq. ft. of carpet tile (spec below) and approx. 125 sq. ft. of Kasthall hand woven rug that will need to be installed (spec below). This is a union site and the work will need begin in 3 months. All material will need to be supplied and installed.

I am in the process of renovating/moving and am looking for someone who could do possibly have the following done before the 23rd of February. We are having furniture delivered on this date and need to make sure the main level flooring is complete. We will also need to have carpet put down on the stairs and hallway of the second level, however, this is not quite as time sensitive.
**I am looking for a price range for laying down laminate flooring with the materials already bought (flooring with attached underlay) and the previous floor is already ripped and the area cleaned. The main floor we require to be done is around 650 sq ft.
Also, we will need to have carpet laid on the stairs and hallway upstairs. This area is about 19 square yards. We do not yet have the carpet or the underlay.
I would like to get some rough estimates and then perhaps have a more accurate estimate done.
Thank you in advance,
