J'ai viens de faire l'acquisition d'une veuille maison sur la rue Hemlock road Ottawa, laquelle devra tre dmolie pour nous permettre de construire une maison style New England, maximum 2700sqf avec double garage en tamde.
Je ne connatt pas les dimesion de la maison, mais elle est construite sur un terrain de 90 x 115 , il semblait avoir prs de 2000 sqf.
J'apprcierais connatre les honoraires pour la dmolition et le cot approximatif par sqf pour la construction. Nous aimerons que la maison soit finie pour le 1 juillet 2010 .
Bien que je me dbrouille en anglais, j'aimerais si se possible me entretenir avec quelqu’un en franais.

I was hoping you could help me determine a cost estimate to build this house if we contract the work out ourselves as opposed to getting a builder to do it for us. We are planning on building in the Ottawa, ON area. I appreciate any help you have to offer.
