I'm looking to get my basement bathroom floor tiled. I'm also looking to get the shower wall tiled too. The total square footage for the floor is 30 sq. ft. And the shower wall area is 58 sq. ft. I'm also looking to install a line of backsplash along the width of the shower wall. The floor is concrete. There is a slight incline on one side of the floor. The shower walls already have dens shield board installed and is ready for tiling. I will supply grout, tiles and backsplash.
Please specify in quotation breakdown of material, labour, cleaning.
Thanks.
looking for installer for 421 square feet of tile, running from front door, into powder room, mud room, small hallway into kitchen. Tiles are 12x24. Job would be to quote install of tiles and separately the grouting. I would be likely grouting unless something comes up. we are looking for an install date the week of July 18 or earlier, as we have hardwood installed after this. We are located in the east end of ottawa (orleans).
I am looking to re-tile my front hallway. The area is approximately 7 ft by 12 ft (with a wall/door in the middle of it).
It currently has slate tiles that I would need removed, and then I would need baseboards re-installed afterwards.
I hoping to use 24" x 8" porcelain tiles, the ones that look like wood (I will provide tile). I would love them laid in a herringbone pattern, if it doesn't break the bank. (Please quote with the pattern, and without the pattern so that I may compare).
Bonus: If you are a jack of all trades, and can build a built in bench with hooks and storage. Please quote that as well (separately).
Thank you.

Hi there. Our bathroom floor is made up of large tiles. It is heated, and over the past year, we have noticed large chunks of grout popping out from time to time. It has come to the point where some tiles barely have any grout left. Walking on them, you can feel the flexibility of the tiles beneath you and we are afraid they will soon crack or break. We would like to have the entire floor re-grouted ASAP.
Hi,
We have a small galley style kitchen. We're in the process of having a new granite countertop installed and have chosen a 3x6 glass tile for the backsplash. We understand that glass is difficult to work with in that it often chips if the right tool is not used to cut them.
1 Do you do glass tile installation?
2 Could you please provide an estimate?
Thanks
Sharon

We are about to redo our kitchen and bathroom floors. We just learned about the quartz flooring, in which we would be interested since we wouldn't need to take the current tiles out: I AM TALKING ABOUT WHAT IS CALLED "QUARTZ CARPET", AN AGGREGATE STONE FLOORING SYSTEM, made with natural quartz granules and an epoxy resin.
Let us know if this is something you do. The kitchen is approx. 13x10, and the bathroom is 10x5. We would need it done in the middle/end of April.
I need a new backsplash in my kitchen before it goes on sale soon.
It is a galley kitchen
One side is 78" x 16" plus 30" x 8" over the stove.
The other side is 136" x 16" plus 24" x 16" over the sink and 12.5" x 8" at the end.
I'm looking for a simple white subway tile for both sides.
I would appreciate having this done as soon as possible to get the house on the market.
The house is in Carlington, close to Carling and the Queensway.
If you need more information please let me know.
My husband and I will bemoving to a small bungalow in Vanier, built in approx. 1945.

- installation of concrete board on plywood subfloor
- installation of ditra membrane on floor
- disposal of building materials, cleaning of site and painting of baseboards to be done by property owners
- tile and baseboards have been purchased but none of the other materials
I have a kitchen tiling job I need to have quotes for.
The kitchen needs 260 sq feet of tiles to be laid.
The island of the kitchen needs to be removed. There is plumbing in the island but no electrical. The island must be put back when complete along with plumbing. The island has a granite counter top.
The existing ceramic floor tiles need to be removed and a new sub floor needs to be laid. Than new tiles need to be laid.
I can have the fridge and stove moved and put back so that is not a problem.
The quarter rounds and kick boards have been removed and I will replace those.
I have purchased the tiles already.
I need to have this job done asap as their is already trades people in the house doing other work.
I also have three accent tiles in front of the fireplace that need to be laid also.
Thank you
Hello, I am looking for a quote to tile my kitchen floor, replace the kitchen backsplash tile and replace the fireplace tile. We also had a leak in our basement which required opening the drywall and removing some of the insulation so we would like to repair that. This is not a big job and we would like each job quoted separately in case we cannot afford to do them all the same time.
Thank-you,
Amy
