Would like to have my 2nd F bathroom completely renovated, it measures 5x7.5 ft. It has some mould on the ceiling so will need to have that remediated as well.
I also plan to reno my kitchen down the road so may need to quote that as well.

Once I receive a few estimates, I will invite companies to come and take a look at the project. I understand estimates are rough, it changes with materials, unexpectated items can come up, and other things.

it will be taking the materials that are there now out, and removing, please include that in the quote.

Semi detached bungalow in South Pickering. I require the main floor bathtub area replaced. We just located a leak in the ceiling of the basement bathroom, which is right below, I suspect that my tub may be the cause. This house is approx 60 years old, this is the original blue tub.
I would like a new white tub, fixtures and tiles (open to suggestions if you have any recommendations, ie, surround walls, etc) in the main bath and the ceiling replaced in the downstairs bath, which is small area approx 50" x 50".
We currently have a jacuzzi with a standing shower beside it separated by a wall where the shower faucets are also located. We want to replace this wall with glass and move the shower faucets on the other side.
This will give a bit more room for the shower. Everything inside the standing shower need to be changed, along with a glass door as well.
The floor tiles and the tiles around the jacuzzi needs to be changed and the bathroom repainted. Might need to change our double sink vanity as well, the current length is 90" to be replaced with a granite vanity top. Maybe a smaller vanity??? Also the lighting fixtures.
We want to replace the tub with a standing shower with glass doors, floor and wall tiles (inside shower and half wall in the bathroom) replaced.
New vanity with granite or marble top, new fixtures.
My budget is up to $10,000 which is not in your option below.
I have a master bathroom in my home that I would like to have updated. The work would include the removal and installation of new flooring, bath tub, toilet, shower and double sinks as well as the removal of a small wall that splits up the bathroom. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss options and get a quote for this work.
Thanks in advance for your time.
Just moved into 35 year old home. Upstairs bathroom has original "GOLD" tub and sink along with the "complementary" green/gold marbled-look countertop. Needless to say the bathroom is in desperate need of updating - tub, sink, flooring, walls, fixtures, mirror - everything. It is "about" 10 ft by 7 ft. It is the only bathroom with a tub/shower in it so once started the room can't be out of service for too long. Looking to have completed in August and do need to keep costs down.
-Tile removal and installation (25 sq ft)
-Shower and bath faucets
-Tile removal and installation (35 sq ft)
-Sink pedastal installatiion
Please specify the quote per bathroom and sepearetely for the powder room. All the materials have already been bought, just need a quote for the labour.
I have a bathroom with all tiles removed. New plumbing has been roughed in. I have new tile (4"x16") and a new tub to install and the faucets to reconnect. I am looking for the backer board within the tub enclosure to be replaced and all three walls and the ceiling of the tub enclosure to be tiled.
Email or call to either get pics or to quote it/arrange to come see it to quote. We want the work done ASAP. It's only a small job so big companies may not be interested.

Approx. 3'x7' opening with door on wall and 3'x4' opening half wall
Please provide approximate estimate for these two showers including installation. Will only hire a glass specialist and not a general contractor for this job.
Basement, all open space, one room for stororage approx 1800 square feet. I'm looking to seperate a tv room and a bedroom and leave the extra space to build a functional home office. I'm looking to hire someone so I'd like it to be very proffessional.
The lighting currently is poor, low ceiling floresent. I need help!
I have purchased a Glass shower kit from Costco (glass sliding door and ceramic / concrete floor base). I will need the current bathtub and ceramics taken out and replace by the new shower. I believe the only items needed will be new drywall, new ceramic/glass tile and showerhead plumbing (the new base drain/floor should match up with the existing plumbing based on the old tub.
Please provide me with a quote (or time come out and see the job) as well as a time frame on start dates.
I'm looking to re-do my existing master bathroom - the space is roughly 100 sq ft. - take everything out and do the following:
- install new flooring (ceramic tile or laminate)
- install new toilet in existing location
- install new dual sink vanity in existing location including plumping for additional sink
- install new "claw foot" type tub in corner where existing tub is
- install new shower enclosure in corner where existing shower is
- move main light fixture wiring from ceiling to over top of vanity and install new fixture
- install new exhaust fan and venting - no existing fan
Assume you would be responsible for removing all materials and working during business hours.
Ideally as part of the responses I'd like to see some options for product selection in different price ranges as I haven't purchased the main items or fixtures. A bundled cost would be good.
I'm open to suggestions on specific design considerations. I'm not looking for top of the line products but I'm willing to pay for quality where it makes sense.
Our home is 16 years old and wish to retile and update our Master Bathroom. The project will include moving an existing wall between the bathroom and the upstairs hallway to create more room in the bathroom. Install a new shower stall along the same space.. removal of 3 walls within the bathroom space and remove drop in tub. Install a free standing tub, retile entire bathroom. Install a pocket door into the bathroom, new vanities lighting including pot lights. The area is aproximately 100 to 130 square feet not square.
1. Have just had new floors installed in main floor powder room and want a new toilet and sink installed, along with a new mirror and light fixture.
2. In one of the upstairs bathrooms, taps have broken and just spin. Also, valve that directs water to either shower head or in-tub faucet sprays water.
3. Had new floors installed and need 4 new sets of closet doors installed.
4. Based on budget, other optional work may include new cabinet doors in one bathroom and a new windowed-door installed on entrance-way to den.
Project #1: I need someone to install a shower system in my bathroom to replace the existing shower. This will require taking out existing marble tiles, plumbing work to match new shower system and then re-tile.
Project #2: I have a small leak stain on two spots that need to be sanded down, fixed and painted. Both are on the ceiling maybe 5 inches in diameter
