I have a master bathroom in my home that I would like to have updated. The work would include the removal and installation of new flooring, bath tub, toilet, shower and double sinks as well as the removal of a small wall that splits up the bathroom. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss options and get a quote for this work.
Thanks in advance for your time.
Master Ensuite:
We currently have a jacuzzi with a standing shower beside it separated by a wall where the shower faucets are also located. We want to replace this wall with glass and move the shower faucets on the other side.
This will give a bit more room for the shower. Everything inside the standing shower need to be changed, along with a glass door as well.
The floor tiles and the tiles around the jacuzzi needs to be changed and the bathroom repainted. Might need to change our double sink vanity as well, the current length is 90" to be replaced with a granite vanity top. Maybe a smaller vanity??? Also the lighting fixtures.
Common Bathroom:
We want to replace the tub with a standing shower with glass doors, floor and wall tiles (inside shower and half wall in the bathroom) replaced.
New vanity with granite or marble top, new fixtures.
My budget is up to $10,000 which is not in your option below.
Would like to have my 2nd F bathroom completely renovated, it measures 5x7.5 ft. It has some mould on the ceiling so will need to have that remediated as well.
I also plan to reno my kitchen down the road so may need to quote that as well.
I live in the Pickering area, please let me know when you're available to provide a quote.
Note: Need quote for labor only as I intend to provide the materials.
Thank you.
Once I receive a few estimates, I will invite companies to come and take a look at the project. I understand estimates are rough, it changes with materials, unexpectated items can come up, and other things.
It is a full bathroom remodel.
4 piece bathroom (toilet, sink, bathtub and shower (not seperate)
new ceramic flooring
painting of the walls
it will be taking the materials that are there now out, and removing, please include that in the quote.
Thank you and please let me know of any further information you need.
Thank you

Hello,
We are searching for highly skilled and professional contractors to hire for a major renovation.
We would like to do a complete renovation of the main floor kitchen and bathroom.
Both will be a complete tear down to studs and sub-floor and rebuild with all new components and fixtures.
The ideal contractor should be able to provide some guidance on design, material selection and layout. The job will involve possible structural work, electrical re-wiring work, complete plumbing and insulation/drywall work.
Kitchen size: Approx. 10ft x 13ft
Bathroom size: Approx 11ft x 5 ft
Looking to build an ensuite to a second bedroom. We would convert the office (see attached) into the bathroom. Some of the things we would like:
Double vanity
Standup shower (no bathtub)
Medium quality tiles (trying to keep costs lower)
If it fits in the budget, heated floors would be nice.
Not sure what work would be required to reroute plumbing.
SHOWER #1
Approx. 5'x7' opening with door on wall and 3'x4' opening half wall
SHOWER #2
Approx. 3'x7' opening with door on wall and 3'x4' opening half wall
Please provide approximate estimate for these two showers including installation. Will only hire a glass specialist and not a general contractor for this job.
Thank you.
