Hello,
I need to have a above range kitchen vent/hood and Mircrowave combo, which currently re-circulates, vented to the out side. Unit is capable of venting up or out the back. Just need the venting/duct and cap work installed and hooked up. Location would vent directly out the kitchen wall and through brick exterior.
Interested parties should:

2. Provide a free, no obligation quote
3. Able to perform work in one day or less, available within a reasonable amount of time and guarantee the service appointment date.
Thank you

New flooring on main floor.
Electrical needed for new lighting and moving a light switch.
Removal of small kneel-wall needed.

Looking to update my kitchen, in a budget conscious way. Will purchase Ikea cabinetry and the laminate flooring as well as the fixtures needed. Just need someone to install the floor over the existing one, and to take down and put up the new cabinets, as well as to provide countertops, and do some paint and backsplash work to finish it neatly.
If I could kindly get an estimate for all of this work. The kitchen fits a standard 10 x 10 system and is on the small side. Any ball park figure and start dates available would be greatly appreciated, as I need this done asap.
Thanks
Looking to renovate a kitchen - update/resurface existing cabinets, update counters (including large peninsula - preferably with stone/quartz/granite) and backsplash, but maintain overall footprint of kitchen and no new appliances. Also hoping to add pantry wall (roughly 7ft in width) with floor to ceiling cabinets, including a "china cabinet" centrepiece with glass doors. Wanting a fresh, clean, all white look!!!
(Attached images look at new extension from end of "peninsula" to the right -- made on ikea website.
reface all kitchen cabinets and drawers - total of 24 cabinets of varying width and height, 4 drawers, 3 panels [no hinges], 10 of the cabinets are for a pantry [5 20" x 24" cabinets sit atop of 5 58" x 24" cabinets]. The counter top is to be quartz, total square footage of 42 sq ft, whcih includs the sink. We want an undermount sink, can be supplied ahead of time. the cabinets should have a valance and lighting installed underneath. Two cabinets [not included in the 24 above] will be removed and replace with shorter ones, and a microwave oven to be installed under those two cabinets, the fan venting to existing set up. One cabinet and drawer combination will be replaced with a two-level cabinet, rather than drawer on top cabinet below.
Construct an extension to the pantry [along the same side of the room as the existing pantry] will be 3 foot wide with two doors, counter top height, with the top of this the same quartz material as the counter. Backsplash [approximately 32 square feet], pot lights as an option - price separately. Total area of the room for food preparation is 12' x 10', the breakfast eating area is about 14' x 10'.
This involves installing a floor plus a short hall which leads to the kitchen. We are looking for someone who is willing to install IKEA cupboards, a countertop and under cabinet lighting. The kitchen has already been measured by a professional and we do have a plan. The cabinets and existing flooring would have to be removed also the splash board tiles. One stove electrical plug has to be moved. Wel live in a condo and the kitchen is aproximately 83 sq ' and the hall is about 41sq '.
We need someone who is accustomed to working with condo management personnel and who would be able to schedule the work as efficiently as possible.
Please start with an online estimate.

Looking into a property, but would like a quote on what it would cost to knock down a wall that separates the kitchen/living/dining areas (see pictures)
It appears the wall has electrical wiring, and it also has gas lines as there is a gas stove on the opposite side of the wall.
Curious about:
1) The cost of knocking down the wall if it is not structural
2) Cost if it would be structural
3) Complete renovation of kitchen including new cabinets, wall decor, flooring, and kitchen island
Thanks
Matt
We have just a 1960 semi-detached house. There is a 17ft load bearing wall between the kitchen and living room we are wanting to remove.
We take possession on the 27th of February. We are wanting to complete this job in the first two weeks of March so we can showing it to to Tenants for 1st April move in dates.
We have limited access to the property to invite contractors to do quotes. Hence we can provide all contractors the opportunity to do an inspection and provide a quote. Please provide an estimate of the work required and its cost. We will review and invite contractors to inspect and provide a formal quote.
We would like to put an addition above our single car garage. The addition would be roughly 260 sq ft. (11ft x 24ft) We are hoping to create a bedroom as well as extend our current bathroom upstairs in this addition....so basically 2 rooms. We also would like to renovate our kitchen and install new siding around the house and redo the stairs leading to the second level. Depending on the cost of this project we would be potentially interested in adding a sun room onto the side of the house opposite the garage.
The current bathroom upstairs that we would like enlarged with the addition would be completely renovated.
We are the property owner.
