Out current bathroom is 7Ft X5Ft. Next to is a walk closet. (Size - 5Ft X 5Ft.
We want to make one bathroom by knocking off the closet (There by a total bathroom space of 12 Ft by 5 Ft.
We also intend to remove the tub and replace with a shower area with glass door . We need a double vanity.
we also need to change the floor an wall tiles.
Could you please suggest what would be the base cost. We don't want anything fancy, but some thing that will sustain for a long time.
I need my basement bathroom torn down and rebuilt. There is two seperate bathrooms that have mould in them and need to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch.
bathroom 1: about 50sq ft
shower, toilet, sink
bathroom 2: 40sq ft
shower needs to be torn down and replaced.
thank you.
I bought a 4 bedroom house which has only 2 bathrooms on the 2-d floor, one in the master bedroom (really small) and another to share. Master bedrtoom is huge though - more then 400 sq. feet. I want to make it smaller, but make two bathrooms instead. Basically at the end of it I should have two suites with separate bathrooms.
the house is approx 17 years old. probably built by great gulf homes.
the bathroom is the master ensuite. it is a typical set up.
Currently: when entering the bathroom there is a counter with 2 sinks on your left, a large jacuzzi tub straight ahead that is situated below a large bay window. there is a step up to the jacuzzi(barf) . to the right, directly behind the door is an ugly typical one person stall shower. between the shower and the jacuzzi, is the toilet. there is a generous amont of space around the toilet.
the priority is to install a modern 2 person steam shower(granite/tiled), not a prefab. then redesign the rest of the bathroom to accomodate that. we would like to lose the dated jacuzzi and replace it with a sleeker design eliminating the step up. it doesn't matter if we are left with one sink. an enclosed / concealed toilet would be awesome if possible.
we are not currently living in the house. we get posession June 8th. but a ballpark guesstimate would be appreciated.
- 30 year old, 2 story single home, original bathroom detail remains
- 2 bathrooms to be renovated: approx 90 sq ft and 50 sq ft
- remove existing tubs, tiles, toilets, vanities, tile floors
- repairs to drywall (wall and ceiling mould and rot at tub base/moulding)
- paint ceilings and walls
- install new tubs, vanities, toilets, fixtures, wood laminate flooring,
fixtures, baseboards
The rough in plumbing has already been done and the bath tub is already installed. My previous contractor walked off the job and I have to finish the bathroom.
The bathroom requires ceramic/porcelain tile on the floor. The floor area is about 5' x 7'. I want tile in the bath/shower area, including the ceiling of the bath. Total area to be covered with wall tile is about 65 square feet.
The bathroom has already been painted.
Also requred is a vanity and countertop, sink, faucet,a toilet, a linen closet, mirror, towel holder, toilet paper holder, shower curtain rod and light fixture.
For these materials I am looking for basic quality stuff such as can be found at Home Depot or Rona.
We would preferably like to get onsite quotation from a party that will be providing all the materials or has their own showroom for us to visit.
We have 3 Bathrooms that need to be upgraded -
Master En suite
Second Master En suite
Semi En Suite
Looking to tile up the entire bathroom - new vanity - new cabinets
The House is approximately 3400sq ft without the basement which is currently being finished
Age of the House is 15 Years.
We are in Richmond Hill
I am planning to have my ensuite bathroom renovated, the size is approximate 9ft by 10ft, remove all the old tiles, vanities, jacuzzi and shower, and then install everything new. I want a new shower with glass doors, jacuzzi and vanities installed.
What is your cost? I have already purchased the jacuzzi, glass shower and vanities. The house is approx 15 years old.
Thanks,
Zahra

You will need to be insured and provide proof of insurance. You will be responsible for providing the materials that we choose together. We will need to see your previous work and obtain references.
We welcome showings between 5pm-7pm.
Looking forwards to getting this project started with the right company.

Zuhair and Adela
We currently have our house on the market, and wanted to make a few updates on the house. We have 3 bathrooms that we would like to change the counters to granite/marble. And possibly retile the master bathroom (over the exiting tile to make it cost effective). I will include pictures, so you have an idea of the square footage and counter size. Being that the housing market isn't doing well, we would prefer cost effective methods to update the bathrooms.
Also, we are interested in installing hardwood in our family room.
If you could kindly take a look at the pictures and send your approximate quotes via e-mail, we would glady set up an appointment to discuss further.
I have existing plumbing that I would like to install an IKEA sink and cabinet. The area is very tight so I may have to get the water lines either moved or changed to have a 90 degree elbow put in as the existing shut off valves stick out too much. Also, the waste pipe is coming through the floor, and makes it difficult to fit the P-trap without hitting the water lines.
We have a 3 piece bath (approx 6x10) that we would like to completely make over. New vanity (30"), toilet (17" height), tiles, remove bath tub and put stand up shower. We would most likely buy the vanity, toilet, tiles and fixtures, we would just need an estimate on labor. Unless you have a good deal on those items.
Thanks
I am looking to convert the existing Jacuzzi Tub to a standup Shower Module (Maxx Collection's Imagine Series - Imagine TM 6036, 3-piece including roof cap -click here view the two pictures of the bathroom and provide an estimated cost for the project. I am looking for quotes on two separate jobs.
1 - Master ensuite
I want to enlarge an existing shower stall. It will require removal of existing tiles and wall and refinish with glass. Install a new glass doors to the shower. I am open to suggestion on the materials / glass to use.
2 - Bathroom Shower
I have a walk in shower that used to have shower curtains. I want to install glass frame and a glass door in the middle.
I have pictures / measurements for both of these shower.
I don't expect this to be a very costly or time consuming job. I am also open to suggestions and advice.
Thanks
Looking for a contracting crew to renovate an ensuit bathroom into an obstacle free, walking or roll in wheel chair, accessible shower (floor and shower space must be in tile). The layout of the space is estimated at 4ft by 4ft or more depending on the disappearance of the existing closet. Also, a walking closet is to be created opposite wall of the wet room. Three rooms need a change of flooring as well, possibly to wood.
This being done on a condominium property on Major Mack, in Richmond Hill. The project needs to get started immediately, tomorrow if possible, and would have to be done before the end of October or earlier. I would prefer if the professional would come and see the place so they can get me an immediate estimate for I am in quite the hurry to get work going.
Thank you for you help
