We would like to divide a large room in two and add a storage closet by constructing several walls. The walls would be 10 feet high with two door openings. One of the doors would be a 9 foot door with complete glass and the other one would be a normal size door. Metal studs would probably be best since this is what the entire building has been constructed with. We would possibly need one electrical outlet added in one of the walls and we would also require an exit sign with emergency lights installed over one of the doors. There is one of the ceiling air vents and also one of the ceiling lights that would need to be moved.
Instead of a free standing stove, we are considering installing a cooktop on top of a wall oven (built in look). There is only one existing power outlet. Can the existing one be converted into 2? If not, how much would it cost to add a new circuit. The basement is finished with a dry wall ceiling. Panel: 200 Amp.
Thanks
Hi,
I am looking for a quote to complete the following work.
1. Hookup incoming and outgoing electrical wire to a SPA Panel. Incoming wire is a 6/3, outgoing wire is an 8/3. Both have been pulled to the Spa Panel. The spa panel was a complete package which inculdes a 40 AMP breaker (SQUARE D Type I believe)
2. Remove 2 old QBH single pole breakers and replace with one 60 AMP 2 pole breaker.
3. Connect 60 AMP breaker to new pony panel (Sub panel - is a Stab lok type with new replacment breakers on hand already)
4. Connect cable that goes from the sub/pony panel to the Spa Panel.
I have all breakers, panels and necessary cables on hand already.
Please reply with an cost estimate and near term availability.
Thanks
Michael M

I have installed a large water feature in my backyard and I need an electrician to set up whatever is required to handle the increased electrical workload. I do have an existing outside outlet but I don't want to run the pump and the transformer (into which the underwater lights are plugged) with an extension cord out in the open. So the cord would have to be trenched or run underneath my deck or in some other way concealed.
I would like this done as soon as possible and am welcoming quotes within the next several days only.
Thanks very much,
Nancy
I have 2 x 125 amp panels in my home. I have 2 stoves and 1 dryer - the second panel was added when we finished the basement and added the second stove. I'd like to install a hardwired Chargepoint EV charging station in my garage. Timing of installation would depend on when I can obtain the unit to be installed.
I need to install two bathroom exhaust fans in my washrooms (Master Bathroom 11ft X 10 ft. 90 CFM,1.0 Sones) (Guest Bathroom 9ft X 8ft. 70 CFM 1.0 Sones). I have already installed two Vent caps on my roof. All I need is fan, electrical connection with separate switch and insulated vent tubing installed in each bathroom.
Could you please provide an estimate for the two fans?
Thanks,
Peter

Looking for an electrician that can install recessed lighting into unfinished basement ceiling, around 10 - 12 lights. The basement is finished, but in progress of removing drop ceiling tile and replacing with drywall. There are existing switches but may need to be upgraded to accommodate the recessed lighting. There are also electrical wiring that would need to be secured to joists in preparation for drywall.
Lights can be supplied by owner. Would like a quote for labor and parts as well as labor is lights provided.
Thanks
Mark
