I would like to flatten some sections. Apply jointing sand and then seal the interlock in our driveway. I want to deal with a reputable company which produces free estimates noting existing issues and how to address them in the estimate and is willing to perform the job not expecting cash up front. I am willing to pay with cheque or credit card or cash if a valid receipt is provided.
I also require references and want the workers to be insured.
I have a retaining wall that is approximately 6 feet high, and 9 feet wide. It is beginning to show cracks, and I believe that it needs to be rebuilt. On this wall is one support pos tfor my wood deck. The deck would need to be supported with temporary posts or jacks while the work is taking place. Please take a look at the attached pictures and give me a ballpark estimate for the job. I believe that only one wall has to be rebuilt. The perpendicualr wall appears to be solid. Along with the wall in question. the floor may need to be releveled. Please come up with an estimate for me so that I know approximately what I am looking at. If necessary I think that heavy equipment can be brought into my back yard. My neighbour has a house exactly like mine and has the exact same problem. We will *probably* be doing the work at the same time.
I am looking at extending my interlocking stone patio by 3' wide on one of the sides, the total current dimension without the extension is 23'w (accros the house) by 16'long (away from the home).
I also require a new retaining wall installed around the entire area. 1 level of retaining wall w/copping around 3/4 of the patio and coping on the remaining 1/4.
I will provide all the materials.
I have a very small pond (roughly 6 feet X 4 feet X 3.5 feet deep) which is separate from a waterfall built into my deck. I want to create a larger pond between the two and link them all together.
I can provide photographs of the existing hardscapes.
I would prefer somebody who has done this type of work before. I plan on putting fish into this pond so the materials must be appropriate.
We need to landscape both front and back of our house.
Special requirement is to build a concrete wheel chair accessible ramp to front entrance of house for our special needs child. Will need to build front porch out and have ramp lead to the left in circular/rectangular fashion back out to driveway.
Need to expand driveway with unistone to allow for 3 cars to park side to side.
Backyard needs landscaping. Open to ideas including expanding porch from kitchen [This is elevated as we have a walk out basement]. May need to build a second level of porch below this.
Square footage of land is 7000. House is 9 years old.

I am interested in getting a quote regarding some home residential grading, retaining wall and concrete work I need completed. I am in Richmond Hill and have attached a drawing of the final grading slops and rough layout. Any material/dirt being moved from the elevated area will move to raising the grade near the house. The width at the back of the property is 110 feet and will need the retaining wall to be about 70 feet. There is easy access for machines as least 9 foot width clearance.
Let me know if you need further detail and if you are able to price the entire job?
I am in the midst of completing my house that is build by concrete.
My roofs a patio roof also made of concrete but it has not been water proofed. I need the patio roof to be water proof.
As well, I need a retaining wall to be build on the side of my property as my property is higher than my neighbour's and I need a retaining wall to solve the drainage problem.
My house is roughly 53' x 43.6' and the attached garage also needs to waterproofed (also flat) is 35.6' x 25.8'. The length of my yard where the retaining wall will be is approx. 135'.
Today I found a hole in the walkway between my house and my neighbors's. The hole is not big on the ground but when I use my flash light to take a look, I was quite shock as it is quite big and hollow deep down, at least 2 to 3 feet deep and 2-3 feet in width. The hole appears just right outside my backyard fence door and extend underneath to my neighbour's side. Could this be possible a sinkhole? Both me and my neighbour do not know who to call and which kind of company should we contact to fix it. Any professionals out there could give advise? Thanks!
