I need this quote AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We are looking at buying a house that does not have a garage and I need to know what it will cost me to build this structure before I can make an offer on the house. If we buy the house, construction would start immediately.
I need a quote on a garage where I will run my portrait studio from. This building does not require a garage door or any windows. The size I would like to try for is 24x36. It needs to be insulated, drywalled, heated and wired. It also needs a concrete floor.
I would like an additional quote to add to this structure:
1) French Doors instead of a single man door
2) a bay window on one side.
3) a 2 piece bathroom in the corner. There is a swimming pool some 30 feet away so plumbing would need to be extended from there.

I am accepting quotes to renovate a retail location in Sarnia, ON. Please note, the office is open six (6) days a week. The work will need to be completed in the evenings outside of business hours and on the weekend when the office is closed. The area to be renovated is approximately 500 square feet. The work must be completed within the determined time period.

We currently have a roughed in shower in our basement that requires to be finished. The work needed to be done would be the following to the 3'x3' shower:
1. Line with waterproof board,
2. Finish ceiling with lighting and fan,
3. Tile inside of shower,
4. Install fixtures,
5. Install glass shower door
All materials for project will be supplied, just need someone to install everything. Best to have a look by coming by to look at the project.
