He needs a new bathroom installed, flooring upstairs and on the staircase, painting refreshed, a ceiling in one bedroom needs to be re-dry walled and painted, closet doors need to be updated. Possibly have the kitchen painted along with the cabinets and back-splash installed. Other minor jobs as well.
This home is 140 years old. There is wallpaper on ALL the walls. The roof probably needs to be replaced. The main bathroom has to be upgraded, along with the kitchen. There are a few windows that need replacing and flooring to be refinished an/or replaced.
The job needs to be started May 17th. 2016. Access before then is possible with 24 hours notice - starting April 6, 2016.
I am an optometrist needing some minor renovations to make the new office space more suitable. First I need to get rid of a non-load bearing wall. Secondly I need to have a large window cut in another non-bearing wall to create an open concept so the staff can have a clear line of site from the front desk into the frame display area. The window will be left open with trim ( or have hardened glass put in it).
