Currently a good sized 3-peice bathroom with room to spare. Looking to take down a small 3x8' wall that divides the bathroom and a closet to enlarge the bathroom and make it a 4-peice with separate shower and soaking tub (shower is currently combined with a soaker tub??). All peices need updating. Floor will also need to be redone, unless we can find the exact same tile to extend to where there is currently a closet. Undecided on wall finish (ie: paint, paper, or tile, etc). Have a few ideas on layout, but need to know what's feasible - we are in a highrise condo building, and have to submit any renovation plans, along with proof of the contractor's insurance, to our condo board for approval prior to the renovations beginning. We're looking for renovation to be done this fall, hopefully, so need to get a start on the planning and choosing a contractor.
If we find a contractor we like we also have future projects to complete over the next couple of years (1 other bathroom, flooring replacement in bedrooms, living room, and some custom cabinetry throughout).
Please provide references and/or website, insurance limits, years of experience, and any other information you feel relevant by email. We will contact back only those that we are interested in receiving an in-home estimate from.

I am the property owner of this house.
The existing tub needs to be removed and a shower stall installed. I have all the hardware and the tiles. I have to order the sliding shower doors and the base (I already know what is required and the model I want). The bathroom is 12 years old and the current materials are builders' quality. I am looking for a contractor who is willing to take on a small project like this and provide with an estimate of the cost involved.
Thanks
Very small bathroom, in a 1950's bungalow, Scarb/West Hill area. We have found water/ mold damage behind the tiles in the shower area! Most likely from window that prior owners had closed in. We also think this may have caused damage to the floor/sub floor. Being aware of some issues & we were looking into it as a DYI project, with my brother in law's help(as he works in the biz) Unfortunately his health has put that idea on hold, in definately. This project is now, out of our level of expertise! Our budget is not huge, since my husband's stroke. I have, however, already purchased the floor tiles, toilet(ready to install), vanity & paint for the bathroom.
The main bathroom needs to be completely renovated and remodelled. It is extremely dated, and has a lot of wood. This concerns me; as mould could have dangerous effects. The bathroom is approx. 13x10, with cathedral ceilings, that showcase a beautiful sky light. There is a toilet, pedestal sink, standing shower, and a tub. Rather than having tile around the tub, it is wood. I believe the previous owners did not use the tub much, it was just for "show", however, the heat and moisture from the shower has caused the wood to warp. I can only imagine what might be beneath that?
I would like the bathroom to be a pleasant, modern space. I prefer modern fixtures, tile (or another durable material), a new standing shower, and tub. A double vanity would be ideal, however, I am not sure if there is room for that.
Depending on the estimate (for each), I would have wanted to create more space in the bathrom, by takin down a wall that separates it from a small bed room.
Our house was built in the 50"s and the bathroom has never been fully renovated. We would like to do the demo ourselves and need to find someone to rebuild the bathroom. Plumbing and electrical work need to be done. We will buy all the fixtures and tile ourselves. We would like to get this done as quickly as possibly as it is the main bathroom in our house and only bathroom with a bathtub. We would like to do this project at the beginning of October.

I would like to replace the tiles and tub in my standard condo size bathroom. Wall area surrounding tub only. Standard size soaker tub replacement. 8x12 tiles. Hi, I have a main floor bathroom that is leaking somewhere behind the wall and onto the basement floor. I need that leak fixed, re/re approx.200 ceramic tiles, re/re 21"x31" frosted window, re/re exhaust fan, re/re 4'x8' ceiling drywall with new insulation primed and painted, re/re 29"x35" medicine cabinet, re/re light fixture, re/re bathtub faucet and finally if the price is right I would like my toilet moved over a couple of inches and have the 4 ceramic tiles around the toilet matched and replaced.
I want to renovate the downstairs bathroom to hava a custom walk in shower, currently there is a bathtub there. The challange is their are hitting ducts running along the bathroom ceiling (undr drywall) and I assume these would need to be altered in order to get the height required to put in a walk in shower...so we need bathroom expertise and duct work.
I have done this before in other homes so I'm looking for quality and value - not the cheapest!
Also may need some addoitional carpentry work whichh can be discussed during a site visit
Happy to answer questions
Thx
