1. Laminate flooring in basement (approximately 1000 sqft)
2. Oak/pine/wood cap and rise on stairs.
3. Baseboards throughout.

Scope of job and payment terms must be laid down in agreement. 10 percent deposit and outstanding balance on job completion. Must be insured. Must provide reviews or references. No cash dealing.
Hello. I would like to have 10 hanging shelves capable of holding weights up to about 70lbs. 8 of these shelves are to be placed in a small basement storage room on the north and east walls in pairs of twos, top and bottom. The shelves on these walls would be approximately 12x48 inches. I would like these shelves to be placed on adjustable brackets so that I can manage the height needed between shelves. For the remaining 2 shelves, I would like these to be in a little corner nook just outside the storage room. These shelves should be fixed at an approximate height of 5 1/2 feet from the floor with one shelf on the south wall and the other on the west all (forming an "L" shape).
If at all possible, I'm looking to get this done before June 2, 2017. I would require some advice as to what kind of shelving unit would be appropriate to hold the intended weight. I also know I want solid one piece shelves, not the wire kind if that makes any sense.
I would also need to know what supplies would be needed to complete the job. If these can be picked up for me without an extra fee that would be great otherwise, if a list of needed supplies can be given to me and I'll purchase them prior to the date of install.
It may also be best if someone would be willing to come out and take a look at the work area in order to get a good assessment of what might be needed to complete this small job.
I look forward to hearing from someone wiling to take on this small project hopefully at a reasonable price.
Thank you.
