Overall:
Area: Scarborough, Ontario
Wood: brown treated (please indicate price for cedar wood as well)
Height: 6" for side, slightly higher for street side
Post: 4*4
Size: street side 45" including 3" gate; side between neighbors 103"; front side 58"
Situation: there are about 5 trees (under 30 diameters) along fence line between neighbors; there are 3 meters small maple trees and flower bushes around street side. We would like to remove them all when do the fence.
Could you separate price for street side, neighbor side and front side? And separate separate details for labor, materials and others if any. We will share costs with neighbor for the 103" fence.
Our neighbor may do their street side and front side as well. Similar size and situation as us.
Thank you.
I need to get 2 sides of my to petty fenced. There were hedges but we cut them down but are left with stumps. They need to be removed. One neighbour has junk leaning on an old fence that's pushing into my property. The old rotting iron fence has to be removed too. I just need all of the stuff cleaned up so o can have a privacy fence set up.
I'd like to have holes drilled into a stone block wall so that a Chainlink fence can be installed directly into the retaining wall. The wall is only about 1 foot high and it's about 15-20' long. I would need 3 holes drilled at the diameter of a standard Chainlink post. The fence already exists but it's behind the wall. I just need the holes to be drilled and the fence to be moved and cemented into the wall.
We have an existing 10x10 deck. We would like to extend it about 6-8' and do a privacy wall enclosure on two sides. Closing the bottom of the deck so no critters can go under.
At the end of the deck we would like a door to have access to the AC Unit and side of house. We already have a cedar hegde between the houses in the front.(again for privacy). There's a small front porch that we enclose with a solid wall, which now makes it differcult to access the back. Would like to have a door in place of the wall.
It's a semi-detached so we are really looking for privacy.
With regards of square footage and materials, my husband (Pierre) will answer all your questions.
I need to extend my concrete driveway approx 20 feet. The grade goes down approx 3 feet from front to back.. drive is approx 10 feet wide.. I need the grading to be flat in this portion of the driveway. I would also like a privacy fence built at back of pad and at front. Picture attached. Please provide an approx quote.
Thanks
In the Scarborough Area (McCowan & Lawrence).. Looking for quotes to hopefully repair existing 57' x 6' wood fence in backyard which is starting to lean plus install a new fence being 42' x 7'. Both have trellace design at top of fence (1" at top). Looking for quotes and when your schedule would permit for work to be started. Pictures are attached.
Please let me know when you are available to view plus your contact information.
Sincerely,
Kim
We require a fence to be built between neighbouring properties ( both sides of the home) One side is approx. 25 feet long, the other is 30 feet and will require a new gate. The 30 foot fence is in a narrow sideyard, and there have been drainage issues in the past.
The contractor must adhere to the property line as specified on a land survey which is in our posession.
I have about 100 feet ( 93 feet) of fence to do. Standard fence at 6 feet high with 4x4 posts . Flat top on the fence.1x6 pt fence boards.
Also would like a separate quote on just setting the posts for the fence and 3 more for a deck so they would be 12 holes filled with concrete.
This just is in the east end of Scarbrough. Also need a eta for start and finish.
Thanks Brad

We have 65 feet of fence that needs to be removed/ disposed of and replaced with a 6 foot tall staggered board pressure treated fence in it's place with no private lattice on top. One section is 35 feet long and then turns 90 degrees for another 30 feet. There are three small trees in the area and the grade is constant. The existing fence is old and is almost ready to be pushed down it is so decayed. This a backyard fence and is easily accessible.
I have an existing chain link fence separating our house from our neighbour and would like to increase our privacy by adding a wooden fence to our side of the existing fence. Probably 6 ft high, between 20 and 30 ft long, depending on contractor advice. Request quotes, including pressure treated or stained panels that will withstand the weather. Thanks!
I have an area in my backyard that I need fenced. It's just about 10' with 6-7'dead cedars in the way that would need to be removed. the fence should be 6' with a gate. The fence needs to be made of cedar and I am required to file a form to my condo directors to get this project approved.
please email me with a quote.
Thanks!
