Hello to you all reading this message.
We have two projects that require immediate attention, one in Scarborough and one in Guelph that we're looking to hire crews for.
The one in Scarborough is a framing job we're subbing out. The budget is $15,000 for a 2500 sq. ft. home, all the materials are already available.
The Guelph project is renovations to a restaurant. The budget is $18,000 for this project. This project is being subbed out.
I realize this is peak season and we're all crazy busy, but we're looking to have these projects started as soon as possible.
Let me know
Regards,
Charisse

I am looking for a framer to frame a second story addition. Possibly demolish the existing roof as well.
It will be 9ft ceiling with a flat roof. I would need it framed, sheathed and the roof sheathed and sloped. Then house wrapped.
I have the drawings and permit. Lumber will be delivered to the site.
House is in Scarborough near Kingston Rd. and Victoria Park.
Hoping to start early June.
Looking experience Framing Contractor quote on Labour and lumber (Also labour only) for a new house 3,000 Sqft (above grade without 350 sqft garage) + 1000 sqft basement. Work do be done in April/May, 2018.
Floor heights: Basement 7.5" to 8", main floor 10ft, 2nd floor 8.5ft. It will be complete house framing work after foundation. Must be able to deal with city inspection issues.
Please contact only experienced contractor who is specialized in framing and have done above 2000sqft new house framing in Scarborough area. References will be required.
I would like to frame my garage walls. It is a single car garage of cinderblock construction, with rough dimensions of 11 x 20 feet. There is a 'handy hank type" storage loft in a u-shape above the back half the the space that will need to be removed and re-installed or replaced. The celing has been closed over with what appears to be a skim of concrete over a board of some sort. Apparently the celing has been insulated. The garage is an attached structure and the entire house/garage is 50 years old.
I have no idea if my budget amount is reasonable or not. Do not mis-interpret the range as anything more than an inexperienced guess. I do not wish to be disregarded if this job falls into another budget category.
The same sentiments apply to the project start time. I had to pick something but I am flexible.
Hi,
My husband and I just bought our first home and we are excited to move in. However, we were hoping we can make a walkway between the two rooms. We are hoping we can make the second bedroom into a dressing room for the time being. We want a walkway instead of removing the whole wall, that way, it would be a easy job to mend in the future when we have a child. We are hoping someone would be able to provide that service for us.
Only experienced home builders and Specialized Carpentry Companies need reply.

Thank you for your interest. Please reply if you would like to provide and estimate for the work and I'll send you the drawing to review.

Hello. Looking to do some basic reframing in my garage. I’d imagine it would be a quick job to finish. The existing 1 car garage door is kind of hanging precariously on 2x6 framing braced (with only nails) where they are joined together. There are 3 beams that I would like to replace over the door with 2x6s (or whatever size adequate) that span across the entire width of the garage. There are also 2x4 horizontal wood wall ties on both side walls (one side wood framing, other side concrete) that the existing beams sit on. I would like them replaced as well. Lastly at the rear of the garage, I would like three 2x6s to span the width of the garage with OSB on top so that I could store large and not too heavy objects/materials. I can take more pics if needed.
