We require a carport for the side of our house for 2 vehicles. we are currently having our driveway repaved. It has been dug out and flattened and it will be repaved in 3 - 4 weeks. We would need the concrete tubes/posts put in first and then return to finish the roofing after the paving has been completed.
Please provide a quote.
I want to have a carport built beside my house.
The carport will be over the driveway on the right side.
Size is 12' x 22', roof slope is 1/5, asphalt shingle roof.
Drawing is ready, just waiting for the release of city building permit.
Project can start as soon as permit is ready.
I want to have a carport built beside my house. There is a drive way, and i want a carport over the driveway beside the 2 storey house. Preferably a sheltered carport at the sides...willing to change if other designs are available. I think a carport can be built that can accomodate 2 cars...one car behind the other. Giving me an rough estimate cost would be helpful. I want the construction to be done any time...if posible before 2009 winter or I can wait. Thank you!
Living in a back-split house built in 1961 in M1R area, single but long driveway, fan-shaped lot, never had a garage or carport before. Want to find out the cost of a strong single carport (at the end of the driveway) and also, what services are included..
I would like to build a Garage for two cars one behind the other.
I would like this project to be a complete one bill project. starting from approval for the plan till the warranty protection for the built up garage.
I would like to see what are the options available in terms of style, material, etc.
tear down and dispose of existing 14 x 24 structure not attached to owned home
excavate and supply new foundation footing and poured concrete wall 15 x 30
construct finished wood framing, roofing and vinyl siding (unfinished interior)
rough in or install venting for pellet/wood stove
install single insulated garage door, with rear door
custom roll up canteen window opening at rear
Add a carport to my home including the removal of an old wood shed (approx 8x8) plus build a new shed. Drawings are presently with city awaiting permit. For further information for quoting, please provide me with a brief company profile, previous carports or garages completed including year and cost and please provide your terms and conditions (eg. payment terms, when could you start, email address, etc..). Once this is received I will provide an email and if we wish to proceed with a quote I will email you the drawings and we can set up an apointment to view. Thanks
Looking for a contractor to expand the width of our driveway, Install a retaining wall, and build a new carport or garage.
The driveway is on the side of the house and I'd' like to level the ground to the back end of the house. A hedge and old shed will need to be torn down. The side of the driveway is between myself and the neighbor and I should be able to extend the width by about 5 feet or so. Will need to complete a survey to confirm.
Our current carport (1 car) is a rotting wooden structure with a flat tar covered roof and is in need of replacement. We would like to replace it with a carport with a sloped shingle roof that would tie into a new front porch. The new front porch would span the width of the front of the house (approximately 30 feet wide).
In addition to a new carport and porch, we may require to change the current aluminum siding (second story of house, above brick) and to reshingle the roof.
Looking for an online estimate for a new garage to be built. Our house does not have a garage, it is about 50 years old. We would like to have the garage attached to the house. It would be the lenght of the existing exterior wall which is about 24 feet and the width would be 12 feet. We were told by the city that the garage needs to be 30 cm from the property line (which it is) and that we would also need to lay down foundation for the garage. We would like a basic garage with electricity, probably stucco exterior. We would need someone to draw the plans in order to get the permits. If additional details are required, please let me know.
I have a detached garage that was crushed by a tree. I need someone with proper paper work for insurance and that can demo and rebuild for me in a timely fashion. We are looking to build a Man cave. I have friends that can get me some materials at a discounted rates. I need an idea of cost and also help designing.
We want it insulated, wall heater, pot locks, water, cable etc. Wet bar above ceiling storage with a pull down ladder that folds up and is hidden also thinking barn doors instead of automatic garage door, one window, electrical outlets. Its is brick now but open to suggestions. Alos maust have a subfloor and probably hardwood installed. Oh and we are considering making it larger then the structure that has been destroyed.
Part of my garage was damaged by the storm 3 weeks ago. Insurance wants to repair it at a cost of $7,000.00 - I don't think it should be repaired, but replaced, as it was built in 1965 and will not meet the present city code. It is 20' x 10' I believe. What would be the cost to completely replaced.
Located near Pharmacy & Lawrence Ave. East, existing bungalow requires the addition of a 2 car attached garage and approximately 1430 sq. ft. of a second floor. Legal survey and architectural drawings (design) are complete. Will require some excavation of a garden bed where the garage is suppose to be. Existing water pipes are to be replaced, we foresee some small electrical issues, the entire exterior is to be refinished, and if we touch the chimney, it will require a liner. There is currently temporary stairs already leading to the second floor (currently an attic) but will need to be replaced.
Second floor will consist of:
- Master Bedroom (double doors, fireplace, walk-in closet & 4 pc. bathroom)
- 3 Bedrooms with small closets
- 1 Bathroom (tub, sink, toilet)
- 1 Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)
- Laundry room (laundry sink/tub)
- Hallway Linen Closet
