I have an 1,100 sq ft single story bungalow, built early 50's, currently clad with faded aluminium siding. I'm looking for a reputable contractor to remove the siding, and clad it in an EIFS system. As well, I'd like to pull the windows (some fixed thermal, others single hung single pane) and replace them with vinyl framed thermals (mixture of double-hung and crank-types); as well, I'd like to replace the existing solid wood door. Finally, I'd like to replace the gutters/downspouts, and have a look at the soffits to see if they need replacing.

I have an older house and want to put new siding on it. It will require insulation under the siding.
I also wish to get new windows and doors installed.
I live in the Markham and Kingston Road area.
I am in no rush, but do want the project done this year.
I would appreciate an estimate, based on choices I make after consulting with the contractor.
The 5' wide patio door will require a partial cut out as there is only a regular (single) door there now. This will require some framing and a reinforced header, some very minor electrical, and dry walling. The house is siding and wood, no brick.
The window is a straight retro fit that will not require any resizing of the current hole. Just remove old one and replace with new window.
I currently have both the window and door at my house, ready for installation.
We have to windows upstairs that have been installed a year ago when we did renovations. Looking at it now it is as if the windows installed were not big enough and there is a gap between the window and the brick above. Somethng needs to be installed to cover his to prevent water from coming in when it rains... I believe the term is capping the windows? I'm not sure if I have explained this in the best way but pictures are attached and hopefully we can get this fixed soon.
