We are planning to turn our one large, dysfunctional bathroom into two bathrooms: one four piece ensuite with a tub and shower and one smaller bathroom with a custom shower and smaller fixures. We have a project manager who drew up the plans but we are still looking for someone to do the work. We know exactly what we want in terms of design and fixtures.
#1-replacement of small 30 sq. ft. bath fixtures, including vanity, toilets, shower door, light fixture, and flooring.
I have sourced all items required.
#2-replacement or repair of existing deck on house; considering composite decking. Deck is 12 yrs. old. We do not require any design work done-just replacement of existing deck.
Remove existing shower stall, heat lamp, vanity and toilet.
Drywall repairs, relocate hvac register, install new exhaust fan.
Install new heated tile floor, tiled shower 3 x 5.5 feet, glass panel & door.
Relocate water supply.
Install repurchased vanity and sink, reinstall toilet.
Install new frosted glass door.
Finish as necessary, paint trim, plumbing hook ups, etc.
Full bathroom tear out and redesign (12' x 6')
Remove all drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinets, bathtub and tiles and existing window
Replace with mould resistant drywall, tape, mud and primer ready for painting, install new sub floor and tiles, install bathroom cabinet. Fix toilet main drain and reinstall existing toilet. Install full modular shower and pan with new shower equipment. Replace window
Supply all equipment, and labour
Need to add small bathroom in my tiny basement. Honest and professional installer wanted.
You would need to start from scratch as basement is only partially finished. Water pipes... drain etc., are visible since washer and dryer is nearby.
Would like to add corner shower, toilet, sink and ceramic tiles.
Thank you!
I have an area of 8ft by 5ft, and would like to install a stand up shower, toilette, basin. A wall would have to be built, to separate it, from the family room. All plumbing is exposed through the basement, not a problem getting at it. Also easy access to electrical, as the basement is not finished off.

Replace bath tub with a shower stall. Can be a pre-fabricated shower stall.
Replace toilet with new

Paint
Replace kitchen cabinets with new IKEA cabinets or similar economical cabinets
replace countertops with new laminate tops
Replace sink
