We are looking for a Master Electrician to help us with new construction. Only looking for professional who has completed entire house for new construction, and will require references.
They are Semis (so 2 homes), with legal basement suites to be added later (so 4 units in total).
We will need to have 200-amps for each main unit of the house (to accommodate EV charging), and in the basement of each house, we will need 100-amps. So in total, we are looking for 4 separate meters.
We can provide permit drawings which has already been approved by the City of St.Catharines.
Thank you for your interest.
Hi,
The lighting in my dinning room does not seem to work. At I first thought it might of been the actual lighting fixture. But, after replacing the old light fixture with a new one, I came to the conclusion that it could just be the wire itself.
Can someone please help me?
Thank you,
Savannah

I have an old home in St Catharines, some of the outlets here have 7 (SEVEN?!) cables attached to it. It's a monster. All the new GCFI outlets I have obviously do not accomodate. I read that I need to "pig tail" the wires but honestly I'm not interested in doing it and potentially burning my house down.
Need to replace exiting old ITE BL Loadcenter panel with a new compatible panel and breakers. Panel sits in a space with 22" of height clearance and 32" of width. Must be capable of housing a several DP breakers for hot tub, A/C, electric stove, dryer and furnace.
Please quote on Full scope of work including suppy, installation.
Thanks
