We have a section of ceiling that was previously damaged by water, the damaged drywall has been removed and new drywall is in it's place. We would like to have the remaining popcorn from this removed, and the drywall taped/mudded/sanded and maybe painted. The total ceiling area is approximately 230sf.
Popcorn has not been painted, original from builder (House built in 2004).
There is also a small section in the garage (wall) that needs to be taped/mudded as well. Roughly 30sf.
Dinning room ceiling was water damaged. All damaged material has been removed (by insurance company contractor).
Ceiling is 240SF. 128SF of drywall was removed and needs to be replaced. Remaining 113SF needs to have popcorn scraped off. Missing section is approx 8' x 12' rectangle, plus a small section extending out one end of the rectangle.
We want the ceiling to be finished flat and painted.
There are 4 recessed light fixtures, one of which is in the area that needs new drywall.
There are 2 normal light fixtures, of which one is in the are that needs new drywall.
There is 1 smoke alarm in the area that needs new drywall.
Hi,
1) I want to get my drywall ceiling fixed on the main floor. It is just a small portion damaged because of the leak in the attic pipe. i fixed the pipe in the attic already. See first picture.
2) Also, want to get the ceiling fixed in the basement. we cut a rectangle part in the corner to replace the water heater vent pipe. I already started putting the drywall back but now want to get it done as i am not getting time to finish it. See second picture.
Thanks,
Rohit
