I am looking to get my upstairs bathroom renovated in my house, the bathroom is small to begin with so I am not looking for anything special just something simple and hopefully fast as this is the only shower / bathtub we have in the house.
Dimensions are 5' wide x 7' 5" long x 8' 2" high
I am looking at replacing the tub w/ tub surround and vanity only as the toilet is 2 years old, complete drywall removal and replacement, along with replacing the vinyl floor
I would like a quote for 3 things
Complete reno of the bathroom
Removal of everything and replace drywall
Drywall whole bathroom only
Replace tub, tub enclosure, remove tile on walls, drywall, replace flooring. The bathtub hot and cold are reversed, so plumbing would have to be done to fix that. New vanity and faucets, update mirror for vanity. Also install a new light fixture. I could purchase the light fixture for installation.
I could paint the walls/ceiling, instead of hiring for the painting as I am good at painting.
I also have another spot on the ceiling down the stairs, approximately 2 feet x 2 feet needing drywall to close it up. That spot on the ceiling had to be opened to access some plumbing upgrades.
We could coordinate an appointment to view the work. Please call me for that.
Bathroom renovations.. Take out ceramic tile floor. New flooring installed.. Rebuild 1/2 wall to build a new walk in shower which has to be installed, shower door and all hardwear included. Put in new vanity lights and fill wall in, above the vanity to accomodate nrw medicine cabinet, recessed light next to 60" shower stall, Refinish paint.. replace toilette.. all building materials, toilette, tub, anything being replaced must be taken away.
The base of the round-type standing shower is damaged at the drain outlet and therefore, need to replace with a new standing shower (33") round-type.
There is also need to fix the ceiling of the room downstairs which shows the damage due to water leakage by patching, and muddying it.
Good Day,
I currently have a 3 pc Maxx bath/shower enclosure, standard size (60/33/?) and am looking to have it removed and replaced with a soaker tub also by max (60/33/24), and new hardware and would like the walls/ceiling to be prepped for tile application (and perhaps installation depending on weather it's worth it for me to do it myself or not). going to be granite on walls with mosaic tiles on ceiling. approx 50 sq/ft of tiling. hoping to get quotes for 1.removal of 3 piece/tub installation/prepping for tile and 2. for all previous plus tile installation (all materials will be provided) .
Looking for a quality job at a reasonable price.
Thank you very much
install new bathroom vanity, countertop/sink, taps. move medicine cabinet and install new light fixture to center over new vanity. may need to move existing wall outlet a few inches. I already have on site the vanity, countertop, taps, light fixture etc. just need old one removed and new one installed.
Very small bathroom with a 70s decor desperately needs a make-over. I want to remove the current tub/shower insert and upgrade to a new tub/shower insert with whirlpool jets, replace everything - toilet, cabinets, lighting, fan, window, door and flooring.
Please note: Although this is a small project, in the next five years we will be renovating our entire upstairs, remodeling the kitchen, adding an addition (mudroom) and a garage. This 10 x 5 ft bathroom renovation is the first of many projects. I have attached some photos of the current 10 x 5 bathroom as well as the other projects we want to complete in the future.
Looking for estimates on getting my kitchen fully renovated - Cabinets, flooring, backsplash tiling, plumbing, lighting as well as the bathroom - Plumbing, Tub to stand up shower conversion, flooring, drywall, lighting, vanity installation. It's possible that I may need the flooring changed throughout the main living space as well. Would also like a quote on painting the entire unit, it will be all one color. Multiple quotes welcome from any specialist as well.
Thanks in advance
