Hi there, I'm an owner of a condo unit in midtown Toronto and currently live in it. Situated on Merton street.
I'm intending to go about some medium level renos to my kitchen and bathroom. A very good company helped me come up with what we can do within my budget. Looking for the following to fit within my budget range -->
[Bathroom]
1) bathtub glazing
2) install sliding glass door on the tub/shower
3) re-grouting all the washroom tiles
4) install a new vanity with sink and faucet
5) new toilet
6) remove old shelves and medicine cabinet and install new light fixture and storage shelves
7) re-paint the walls white
(would love a quote with material/labour included) - quartz is fine
[Kitchen]
1) paint kitchen doors, drawers and outside boxes (mid gloss or high glossy white)
2) install new cabinet handles
3) replace old counter top and faucet/sink (please use quartz and supply a good sink and faucet)
4) replace and install new back-splash (something that looks like stainless steel tiles - easy to wipe clean and maintain)
5) replace kitchen tube-light with track-light
[material and labour quote would be highly appreciated]
The unit is around 650 sq ft.
I would like to get the work started in the next 1-2 weeks tops.
Thanks,
Abe
Looking to have some work done on a condo in the downtown waterfront area. Specifically would like the kitchen completely redone and the bathroom updated. The square footage of the entire unit is ~850 and so the size of both the kitchen and bathroom is not that much. Ideally would like to have someone who could also provide us with general ideas as to the overall design and what we should and shouldn't do.
We're looking to renovate/modernize our kitchen, 9.0 x 8.5 ft, specifically
- Hoping to extend counter space beside oven or rearrange appliances depending on what makes sense
- Increasing the size of the sink
- Changing or refacing cabinets and countertops
And 2 Bathrooms in the condo as well (3 pcs)
- Replacing tiles/modernizing tub and shower
- Refacing/replacing cabinets
Here is a video of the condo forclick here

3. install/remodel a built-in closet or two

thanks!!

We're looking for contracting services to renovate the bathroom in our condo. We have all materials, now we need someone to install them for us.
We need to tile 2 walls, and install the vanity, mirror, faucet and light fixture.
We'd like to have an estimate of how much this would cost and how soon you'd be able to complete it.
Washroom is ridiculously cold. Baseboard heater works. There are 2 huge problems. One is the cathedral windows with special glass with wire running though it, is all in tact but the air conditioner unit duct work comes in from just above those windows - there is a cold breeze drifting down into the bathroom. The other major problem - there is an unsealed crawl space where the duct work, wires, 2 fuse boxes are located ...it's cold and opens into the washroom.
If you were sitting on the toilet, the ceiling is a 3/4 ceiling, meaning the ceiling does not connect to the window wall, as the window is taller than the ceiling. I hope I explained that enough. That ceiling gap is open and the cold breeze is extreme...just blowing down on the person using the facilities.
We have an existing bathtub and shower that is 5 feet long 30" wide and 6"4" in height. We want to remove the bathtub, install a shower with a floor to ceiling enclosure with a steam unit. The steam unit can be easily placed in a utility room right behind the shower that has existing plumbing and electrical.
Hi,
Looking to have a new corner shower installed to replace an old one. I realize that you'd have to see the current set-up and the new materials, but was wondering if you could provide a ballpark figure (or range), approx. timeframe. The current set-up as acrylic panels and will likely be replaced with something similar.
Thanks.
I would like to remove my existing tub and replace with a step in custom shower adequate for my dad who has health issues. I would also like a seat in the shower. In the estimate please include a glass shower door.
I do not require nothing fancy just practical. Please email me with a rough estimate as I am on a short time frame to complete this project and I will contact you.
Thank you!!!

We need to tear out the existing bathroom. We then need to remove a 3 feet wall which separates the vanity area from rest of bathroom. Some new dry walking will also be required once existing half wall tiles are removed.
Hi,
I am the owner of a townhouse in East York. I currently have a leak coming from my shower to the floor below. Therefore I am looking an renovating the ensuite bathroom. New tub, vanity, toilet, glass and tiled shower. Prefer high quality materials. The dimensions are approximately 12x6 feet.
Thanks
Small shower stall (3x3 feet approx) in master ensuite bathroom needs to be replaced as current glass doors are not working. Entire shower stall base will need to be removed and replaced/re-tiled. New shower glass doors to be installed. Some shower wall tiles and bathroom floor tiles may need to be removed and replaced depending on new shower base dimensions. The rest of the bathroom does not need work.
