I am looking for someone to install approximately 750-800 square feet of engineered, pre-finished, hardwood in my condominium. The hardwood is to be installed in two bedrooms a hallway a living room and a dining room.
It would be a plus if you are able to remove two sliding doors form a solarium in my living room/dining room area and the tiles in the solarium (approximately 55 square feet). Once the solarium and tiles are removed I am hoping to have it covered with hardwood flooring as well.
It would be useful to have a rough idea of what you charge (per square foot or for a job of this size) if possible.
thanks.
I would like to get my kitchen and bathroom floor laminated. I prefer the 'wood' look laminate. It must be scratch resistant; I have 2 dogs and worry about their nails scratching the floor. The rest of the apt. is hard wood but its in rough shape. Could possibly consider doing the rest of the apt in the future so need a product that is not going to be discontinued any time soon.
I live in an old 3 story walk up apt. The floor in the kitchen and bath is old laminate tile and doesnt come clean looking anymore. The kitchen is under 100sq ft and the bath is maybe 40sq ft.
Looking for a contractor to replace the doors on our kitchen cabinets.
- Also looking to have the floor tile replaced in the kitchen
- Install new hardwood in our family room.
- Possibly replace staircase and banister to match new hardwood color in family room.
Located in Richmond Hill / Aurora
We would like to replace our kitchen floor in our semi-detached high park home. This would include removing the engineered hardwood (damaged from dishwasher leak) and replacing it with vinyl flooring. Approximate size is 8 by 13 feet.
We would also like to have someone repair or replace the grout on our shower floor - this was installed just 2.5 years ago but is now chipping away.
Hi,
We have purchased a semi detached house (approx 1500 sqft) in East Missisauga on Cawthra and wanted to upgrade certain sections/features of the house. We would need design consultation as well as installation. At a high level, we would like to change the below.
- Kitchen upgrade including appliances (open kitchen with island etc, possibly taking down a wall)
- Flooring change from parquet to hard wood or alternate floor
We have the house available starting 15-Nov and wanted to start the renovations then. You would also be able to view the house initially before 15-Nov so that you can start the design process. Please contact me if you would be interested in taking up the project and also let us know the process and the approximate cost/time that would be needed for such changes.

Hi,
I have a section of flooring in my second bedroom that needs reparation/replacement; it's damaged due to condensation and became blackened in colour. I'm not sure whether it's mouldy or merely water damaged. The room is about 12'2" x 8'11" in size.
Project needs: At this point I'm inquiring about information and quote first. I'm hoping the reparation can be limited to the affected flooring section, which are around the floor-to-ceiling bedroom window. However, if this is not possible, please limit the project to the bedroom area's flooring only.
Other details: The building is a medium/high-rise apartment of 12 or so concrete floors. The apartment unit is a two bedroom unit. The strata has some specification regarding (elevator booking, cement/concrete specification, IIC (Impact Insulation Class) of 72 and STC (Sound Transmission Class) of 55, etc) for any contractor who do any flooring project in this building.
Thank you.
Regards,
Handoyo
