Lay and parge approx. 100 lineal ft. of 10 in. block approx. 8 ft. high . The footing will be ready this week. The actual size of the foundation is 30 ft. x20 ft. x30 ft.x 8 ft. high. The foundation is in the backyard of the house and will tie into the existing house.
I will supply all the materials necessary to do the work.
I would like to get an approximate cost of excavating my old foundation and pouring a new solid foundation/pad for a small 20x20 garage/workshop.

Hi I have a 1930's brick bungalow which I would like to raise the house to replace the foundation rather then underpinning.
It's 52X2 with a bay window on the front and a deck at rear, I have about 4' on one side and about 3' on the other, two chimneys, one on each side, the rear of the house borders on a alley so access is fairly good. I'm hoping to have an ICF foundation rather than block. The house sits with the narrow side facing the street.
