Please provide a quote to disconnect the downspout (3 spots - 1 at the front and 2 at the back of the house) in Etobicoke North area, by Kipling and Steeles.
The downspout need to be disconnected from the sewage system and re-routed to the appropriate location, which creating any negative aesthetic impact.
Thanks,
Abi.
I have a small detached home. Some of the eaves are blocked and need cleaning, others need to be replaced. There is some downspout re-work that also needs to be done. If you are in the business of eaves cleaning and repair that would be great. I dont necessarily want to replace the whole system just yet.
The small front and back eaves will need to be replaced and i want the back downspout redirected to the other side of the eaves. the top eaves need to be cleaned out and possibly re-hung. one is a little short and the other is a little long, as well. (see pics)
3 storey home near Christie and Bloor.
Some of the eaves troughs have separated from the roof causing water to not flow into the down spouts. Icicles form between the space.
I’m not sure of the size of the house but it’s approximately 20’ wide x 60’ long. Problem areas are along the front (north of the dormer), South West corner, along the back (just above the third floor deck).
Looking to replace Eavestrough and applicable Fascia on front and back of house, with Leaf guard on back Eaves.
Replace Shutters
Replace Siding on upper front of house and over front porch and applicable Fascia
*this is dependent on available siding size (ie if 7-8 inch available, then we won't replace this portion but paint ourselves to match, if only 5 inch then we will replace)
*Semi Detached home
*Prefer vinyl siding for durability vs aluminium but depends on options/quality/price
Looking for:
- eavestrough cleaning

- inspect the chimney on the roof and adjust or install a new screen to prevent birds from nesting.
This is a residential house, two-storey building South Etobicoke.
Only contractors with high positive feedback are considered.
I require a quote.
Hi

I am looking to replace my existing eaves troughs.
There is currently 200ft of eaves troughs running horizontally. And 5 downspouts (no measurement).
There aren't any tricky areas around the house; should be very straight forward.
Please provide an estimate on materials plus labour.
If there is any information I left out please let me know.
Thank you, hope to hear from you.
Our eavestrough and the boards that it was connected to came down in the middle of the night, likely because of a ice buildup. The house is a semi, aournd 100 years old, and near Queen E and Logan. Probably about 25 to 30 feet of the eavestrough came down (second story at the side of the house).
Thanks.
There are two downspout locations from our 2-storey house and they both divert to the back of the house.
What I would like to do is to connect the eavestrough from the roof so that they align to a single existing downspout.
We will leave the connection to the back of the house, but we want to get rid of the extra downspout.
It appears that some new eavestrough would be required for the roof... maybe about 3 metres.
I am need of a new eavestrough and downspout for my semi-detached house in the Jane and Dundas area and am looking for quotes. The eavestrough currently has several small holes in it, and leaks down the side of the house and the downspout recently fell off (so is no longer attached to the eavestrough/roof). The eavestrough is one section (no turns/curves) approximately 30 feet, and the one downspout is 2 stories and we'd like to replace it with a wider one. Our house is brick and 1950s construction and there is one tree on the side of the house but otherwise access to the eavestrough is mainly open/free. I would like this done as soon as possible - I know it is not ideal weather for outdoor repairs but every time it rains a large amount of water pools right next to the house due to the lack of downspout.
Please call or email me for more information or to arrange a time to come and see the house and provide a quote/estimate.
Thank you
We have two six foot runs of eves trough that need inspection and possible repair. One trough has dropped a spike and is not properly attached to the eves. Both troughs drip rain water. These troughs are both on the second story part of the roof and need a 40 foot ladder to work on them. We are in the High Park Ave. and Dundas St. area of the city. Please email to set up visit and quotation. We are home during the day.
Thanks,
Brian
Remove eavestrough, soffits, fascia, and install new, as well as downspout, including garage. Install vented leaf guard on east side of house.
Cap wood frames on 4 exterior doors and apply appropriate chalking.
Remove and replace existing window capping on 24 exterior windows.
We are selling our house in July and want to fix some things on the outside to improve the curb appeal.
1. eavestrough repair (leaking in one particular area when it rains, one area needs to be replaced and sloped properly, one downspout needs to be replaced)
2. on the third floor of the house, the triangle thing that faces the street is currently covered in many layers of old shingles and I want to replace it with black siding or some other black material to match my front door when it is painted.
3. The porch roof on top of my front door is missing a piece of eavestrough, and I want to cover the front face of it with something that looks nicer, as it is currently old ugly wood (possibly the same material as in #2).
4. My roof is brown, but someone repaired a leak with black goo stuff, which you can see from the street. I want to know how much it would cost to put that black coating on the entire roof to make it blend in.
5. My chimney is falling apart so I need a quote to remove and cap it.
6. I am also interested in pricing for aluminum framing around my windows.
7. One wood frame around the window at the side of my house is rotten, and I want a quote to replace it also.
I need an estimate for finishing one side of the exterior walls. I will also need Soffit/Fascia, Eavestrough Installation for the roof, etc.
Since the wall is only 3 ft (1.5 feet is on my property) away from my neighbour's wall, a special fire code material is required by the city. ie densglass gold, hardie board, etc.
The measurement of the wall: 50ft Length X 27 ft Height (3 storey).
I need recommendation on different siding materials in order to satisfy the fire code. i.e. aluminum siding, steel siding, stucco, hardi board combination, etc. If they are all good for the firecode, then I need to know the cost of each of them. Please provide estimate for 1. steel siding 2. aluminum siding, 3. stucco. 4. hardi board, etc.
In addition, I also need cost estimate for aluminum soffit/fascia, eavestrough installation. It is a flat roof with 3 degree slope. The width of the house is 15 ft and the length is 50ft.
Hi,
My eavestrough require some repair work. the problem is in places where the long pieces should be joined. The join is not there or broken and the water just keeps pouring down where it is not supposed to. Cleaning them up would be a great thing too.
The other thing, my roof has 2 small openings underneath which require closing. Unfortunately the birds found these and are building nests inside.
I need a rough estimate. If you would liek to come for a quick look and a free estimate, I would be grateful.
regards,
Bea
1. require 3 downspouts to be relocated from sewer to lawn
2. require 2 downspout extensions from two upper level eaves to lower eaves trough rather than have
same run on asphalt shingles down to the lower level eaves (house is a side-split)
3. require a new section of soffit (approx. 10 ft.) to replace a section which has parted from the facia.
4. require a few brackets to be installed to retain approx. 10 ft. of eaves which keeps pushing the
current spikes out
My newly purchased home has a unique roofline with three dormers and steep-sloped roof in front (recently re-shingled). The home dates from about 1920. The soffit and fascia and gutters are in bad need of repair. I am interested in possibly getting copper gutters depending on cost, and would like the wood soffit and fascia repaired and painted as early as the weather will allow.
I also need a fence built in the back yard, and possibly some other landscaping, and would like to find a company that can handle all these projects.
I am looking to have a leaky eavestrough repaired/patched. 2-3 pencil-eraser sized holes in eavestrough that cause water to run down the side of our brick house, need to be patched. House is 2 stories high, with a not very steeply pitched roof, ladder accessible (no trees/etc directly in front of side of house with eavestroughs. Total length is maybe 40 feet (just one side of house has eavestroughs). Please let me know if you are able to come see the eavestroughs to provide an estimate on patching them. Will be replacing them in the future, however budget constraints currently mean a patch job only is needed for now. Looking to complete this project within next 2 weeks, located near Jane and Dundas.
Hello,
We need someone to install vinyl and aluminum siding on a house extension. We will need fascia, eaves trough, soffit and down pipe. Location Danforth and greenwood area.
Please contact me if you are available to perform this service soon and to arrange a time for a visit to give an estimate.
Thanks
As you can see from the photos this needs some tender loving care. We bought this house and this was the state of the overhang. We really like having it cause ot keeps the spot in front of the door dry. We are hoping the frame is good (its metal) but would like the suntuf corrugated plastic sheet kind of roofing installed, or something better then this that can let light in. Also it may need a new gutter and a system to connect its downspout off the one on the addition.
Also a better system for the door
We are looking for a reasonable cost on this.
