1) Duct Cleaning - 1,200 s.f. condo townhouse, furnace on main level of 3-storey unit, 9-10 vents. Must have a portable unit as the distance from the driveway to the furnace room is approximately 80-100'. Please quote on COMPLETE job, i.e. inspection, set-up/hook-up, thorough cleaning, debris removal, complete clean-up after the job.
2) Carpet Cleaning - 3 medium sized bedrooms, 14 stairs. Please note: SOME of the bedroom furniture cannot be moved and must be 'washed around'.
3) Furniture Cleaning/Deodorizing = 1 sofa + 1 loveseat
4) Mattress Cleaning/Deodorizing = 1 Double, 1 Queen

This is not a hoarding problem. Rather it is due to procrastination and disability. The person is willing to have things moved out. There is not an eviction order and one is not expected.
There is a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom but not everything is to be moved out or cleaned. Some things are to be moved within the apartment. The items to be moved out can be put in the back of the apartment building. No truck is needed.

We've got an attached townhouse that we'll need cleaned monthly. 2 bed 3 bath, main floor kitchen/living room, finished basement
The job should take around 5-6 hours. That's what we do it in, and what all other cleaners have done it within as well.
Standard cleaning of a house required: dust, floors, interior windows, bathrooms.
We keep our house tidy, so only cleaning will be required.

We are moving in starting Saturday June 25. The house will have no furniture until Wednesday. We would like a cleaner to come on Saturday or Sunday to clean the whole house as required - floors, walls, windows, baseboards, kitchen items, bathrooms, etc.

We have a custom home that is ready for occupancy. The house has been cleaned from top to bottom but we require one further once over from a reputable cleaning crew who is insured and accountable. Would like to have someone come this Sunday to dust, mop, little bit of vacuuming and glass cleaning.

We are planning to paint the walls double coat and also wax the wooden floor in the living room only and cleaning the 2 bedrooms carpets
We are having a wall removed and floors redone. The house will need to have the ducts cleaned and the fine drywall dust and sawdust cleaned up from all the surfaces in the house.
Our house is a two bedroom house of approximately 1400 square feet with a finished basement that's another 200 square feet. The only place that we have carpeting is on the stairs.
