We live in a condominium building, which is a highrise building at Yonge and Eglinton. Our square footage is 600 (including balcony, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room area and bedroom).
We are interested in having our kitchen cabinetry replaced. We would like our kitchen cabinetry, doors, drawers, fillers, panels, kick plates, etc. to be replaced. There is also the possibility of putting a light under the cupboards, etc. Also, we have a sample of a style of a kitchen cabinetry that we would like it to be made as close as possible. We are wondering if you offer free on-site quotation.
Also, we can only be available either after 6:00 pm during the week nights, or on Saturday morning, as outside of these hours, we work.
Thank you. Kindly advise if the above is agreeable with you and we will schedule an appointment to meet.
Much aprpeciated,

I’ve lived in my 500 s.f. Condo for 10 years and would like to “change my colour scheme” in my kitchen. I would like to get cabinets re-faced (painted white enamel perhaps?) countertop replaced but am undecided regarding backsplash. I would like the floors replaced (and, as my unit is open concept, this would involve the bedroom/dining room which is currently builder finished laminate). Plumbing and appliances not to be changed. Unit owned and occupied by me throughout. I would appreciate a reply please! P.s. I do not want to put a dollar figure in the “estimated budget” slot as I am not a professional:)
Hello,
This is a townhouse. No basement, there is a parking garage underneath. built in the late 70's.
I would like to completely redo the kitchen. I would like to remove the wall that is covering the side and back of the fridge. I have a structural engineer scheduled for a site visit to check for load bearing wall and make drawings. Those walls are only 3.5" thick.
On the wall currently there is sink and stove.
On the peninsula there is currently fridge and dishwasher.
We want to change the peninsula to an island with dishwasher and sink and microwave and a few receptacles.
The other wall will have fridge and stove.
Flooring will possibly be vinyl plank. Cabinets Ikea, countertop quartz.
I am looking for someone who either wants to take on the whole project or just do pieces of it. For example a plumber and electrician to rough in all the needed parts of the project.
Thank you,
Sean
I live in a co-ownership with a small galley kitchen. I would like to remodel: new cupboards, countertop, drawers, sink, and floor. I also need to upgrade the electricity (one outlet doesn't work and the microwave cannot be set at the highest power setting for any period of time without blowing out the electricity and requiring a reset). My apartment is on the third of 12 floors. The building was built in 1959 out of brick and concrete. Preferred materials: counters: solid surface (high-grade plastic) or laminate; flooring: laminate or ceramic tile; backsplash tile: ceramic; sink: single bows; faucets: widespread; pot racks; water filtration; under cabinet lighting
I will be out of the country from April 12 to mid-February 2011. My sister lives nearby and has power of attorney. She will be the contact person for the project. But there is great flexibility with regard to timing. The building requires work be done between 9 and 5 weekdays and 10 and 4 on Saturdays, nothing on Sundays. The garbage needs to be hauled off site.

Hi!
I am looking for a contractor to help complete a kitchen reno.
My kitchen is 14ftx13ft has two windows, an exterior door and two interior doors.(doors and windows are new) My husband and I will be doing all of the demolition back to the studs on three of four walls and floor (concrete base). We will need someone to do the drywalling and possible! insulation. We would like pot lights but from my understanding our old house can not accommodate them due to lack of space in the ceiling so in terms of electrical it would just be making sure everything is up to date. None of the major appliances or sink are moving but we still require a plumber to install the new sink and dishwasher. We also have a small bathroom off the kitchen that requires the sink and toilet to come out so we can tile the floor. We also need flooring (engineered hardwood in kitchen and throughout) to be completed on the entire main floor, approx, 500sq ft.
We do not need cabinet installation.
point form:
Drywall
Plumbing
Flooring
electrical
