Hi There,
I have just moved into a new home in a new area and there are a few things that I need to take care of before the winter comes!
(1) Grass/Lawn Maintenance & Gardening
(2) An Electrician to see the place before winter and set up timer lights
(3) There is an above ground swimming pool with a wooden deck built around it. We need someone to tear down the wooden deck and take it to a junk yard.
Thank you very much in advance.
Karen
Lawn in back yard and maybe part of front yard on a 50 x 100 sq ft lot infested with grubs. Critters such as raccoons dig up the lawn almost every night to dine on grubs. Half the lawn in the back yard is almost dead. Nematodes had been applied twice since August with no noticeable effects. Need professional help on grub control.
The house is located at bloor and ossington. The backyard is only accessible through the front door of the house at the moment. Therefore I need someone that can meet at a specified time so I can let them into the house to access the back yard. I've attached a picture of the back and front yard. As you can see the back yard and front garden need an initial clean up.
Thanks in advance for your time and responses.
Our front lawn is about 650 square feet (35 ft long by 17/22 ft wide) which we would like resodded, and 2-3 ft flower beds with mulch flowing around about 75% of the permimeter - no edging required for the flower beds.
The back lawn is about 2000 square feet (41 ft wide by 50 ft long). We would like to create a paver patio across the width of the house (approx 30 ft) by about 16 feet deep (about 480-500 square feet). The patio would be at ground level and we have concrete steps going down to the ground level. The rest of the yard would be resodded, and flower beds with mulch along the sides (2-3 ft wide) and back (6-8 ft side) - there are cedars at the back which will stay - no edging required for the flower beds.
Our soil is quite sandy and level.
Access to the back yard is between houses and not wide enough for machinery (about 4 feet wide).
There are two basement windows that might be slightly below grade so we would install window wells, and you would need to work around them.
