I had new asphalt paving done on my driway, November 2008 to be exact, however I have water pooling and weed growth taking place in the last few weeks. I don't know why the weed's are growing, however i know the contractor did not slope the driway properly.
I need a asphalt paving contractor to have a look and suggest what needs to done. If they can give me a free quote and suggestion, its really appreciated.
Thanks again.
Nasir.
We require a Union affiliated Asphalt Contractor to prepare final grade and compaction, supply install approximately 300-400 M2 of Asphalt to specifications, this will require multiple Mob-Demob as it cannot all be completed at one time.
A site visit is required, and the project specifications, related drawings, and administrative submittal requirements will be suppliied to the interested bidders at ths time. This project is now ready for phase one of this work, progressive scheduling is required, we would like to make the award to the successful bidder by months end (Aug 31 2011).
Before it gets too cold out there, I'd like to repair the house driveway and seal it. Its one car driveway and runs from the sidewalk to the back of the bungalow style house (garage)
Like to have some areas leveled with ashpalt and use the thick gel over to uniform all the areas (patches) and seal it. One of my contractors (not on site any longer) bought bags of asphalt (8) should be enough for the repairs and 4 buckets of gel.
I like to have this done between Oct 19 to Oct 22.
Property is located by Greenwood/Gerrard East area.
Thank you
I need to pave the path towards my home ( currently, top soil and old patio stones) and a patch at the backyard ( currently, old concrete). Total of 115 plus 62 sq.ft.
Need a new concrete floor.
All gas, plumbing and electrical lines are marked already.
Please let me know if you are interested, send me a quote or schedule a visit for estimate.
Timing: Any time in July or between June 01 and June 09 .
Thank you.
I need to replace a driveway that currently is large (approx 5"x3")cement slabs. They will need to be removed, then the driveway replaced with ashphalt, with some interlock to create a path from the porch to partially down the driveway. Also, a retaining wall (approximately 2 feet high on the far left side (can't see it in this photo) but it will divide my property from my neighbours. I also need to widen the driveway by up to 3 feet, so that 2 cars can comfortably park side by side.
Aug 20th 2012.
Driveway and part of garage area done by Wycliffe Paving Oct 17, 2011.
Spoke with Carmelo and Lino several times, sent emails and left messages (starting in October last yr)
Called in May to remind them that Carmelo promised to redo the work in Spring 2012. Both Carmelo and Lino told me soon it will be done. I spoke to Carmelo on July 16, 2012. He said the work will be done when he does another job (which was done on Wed Aug 15).
Wycliffe paving used all recycled material with more tar than asphalt to do my $5,800 job which resulted in water coming into my home, melting and holes.
Paving driveway and walkway. Driveway starting to have buckles where front tires are. Approximate dimensions are 23ft wide by 17ft deep. The slope is towards the house and would like to have water from the road not wash towards the house. Would like to have the driveway graded higher towards the house to prevent road water overflow.
There is also a walkway between the houses that is starting to have some sinking.
Lane is about 4ft wide by 35ft long.
Also have an additional alleyway that is concrete and graded towards the street. Would like some help with a depression where water collects.
- excavation, removal and disposal of clean fill (soil) from 20'x20' area, approx 4' deep.
- creation of 45degree slope from backyard to dug-out area (instead of retaining wall)
- laying down of gravel for driveway surface
- all associated aspects of doing this job properly :)
- removal of existing chain link fence, approx 12' high and 20' wide
Hello,
I have an existing driveway that the asphalt has been removed and new driveway bedding has been laid. New curbs have also been installed. I am looking to have new asphalt laid. The square footage is 1480. I would like to know how thick it would be laid. I just need to know the price. Looking for this job to be done in three weeks .

I'd like a quote for new asphalt on a strip of the driveway beside our house that was broken up two years ago due to basement waterproofing. The area is about 35 feet long and three feet wide (see attached photo).
I'd also like a quote on paving the entire driveway, roughly 80 feet long and 14 feet wide.
Third piece: we're interested in a patio in the backyard, either interlocking stones or decorative concrete. The area is roughly 25 feet by 12 feet. The driveway is a greater priority but we assumed many contractors would be able to do both jobs.
We own the home.
I have a concrete driveway that needs to be removed and replaced with asphalt. The dimensions are approximately 70 ft X8 ft. Note- The last 30 feet of the driveway will be widened to 15ft wide.
Please include your:
1) cost per ft.
2) new base material and depth
3) asphalt depth and compressed depth.
4) references
Price must be all inclusive (remove of old material)
Please also include the cost for an optional stone boarder.
I am posting this project again.
I am not looking for a quick pavement job with the cheapest bidder winning!
The issue I have is that areas of the existing pavement has sunken 3-4 inches where vehicle is parked. I would like to gurantee that 6 to 8 inches of compacted crushed granular. I would also prefer a minimum of 2 to 3 inches of pavement.
Dimensions
The driveway is "L" shaped with pad alongside garage.
Dimensions: 27ft wide x 13ft deep for space in front of garage. 9ft wide x 11ft deep for parking pad alongside garage.
If there are questions, please feel free to contact me.

• Repave existing driveway and add interlock lanes left and right of it
• Build a 12-16” landscape/retaining wall on driveway sides, parallel with the sidewalk, and under the front window
• Build interlock pathways on front and sides of the house; build an interlock patio on the back of the house.
• Use BRUSSELS BLOCK pavers, pattern W rotated 90 degrees, and a mix of SandStone colour for XL blocks, and Sierra for Standard and Half Stone blocks (see drawing attached).
• The backyard patio and the front pathway should have a Sailor edge made of Standard size SandStone blocks. No edge for left and right pathways.
• 2 square pillars 15"x15", using Sierra blocks, Standard size, at the corners of the front pathway
• For walls use Sierra Standard blocks, with SandStone XL blocks for coping.
The house is about 25 years, and we are looking to extend our driveway by removoing a portion of the grass and replacing it by asphalt paving, this would require a small retaining wall to be built to sustain the grass. As for the steps remove the first step and fix cracks on the othe other steps.

Im only interested in a professional company that will be able to provide me with references, past similar projects and have all the insurance and licences required.
Im planning to use anything from asfhalt, cement or interlock or a combination, it will depend on the price but also on the final look.
